I reported This bug 2 months ago and they even didn't fix it in the recent update😅

I got reply from support team saying that dev team is working on resolving this. Good news that they are aware of it.

Yeah I also have all PS5 trophies pop up right after login. No need to retrigger which is nice. Hope DE can also implement this freature for PS4 if it's feasible.

I just found two more. 3. Money Can't Buy Happiness. Requirement to get it is to reach top standing with Solaris United. I alreday have top standing in my merged account. Can't upgrade the standing to trigger achievement check. 4. Ride or Die. Requirement to get it is to reach top standing with Ventkids. I alreday have top standing in my merged account. Can't upgrade the standing to trigger achievement check.

There is a trophy named "This Is What You Are", and the requirement to get it is basically to fully unlock a Focus skill tree. However, my account on PC already have all focus skill trees fully upgraded. After the account merge, I see the merged account have a fully upgraded skill tree but I didn't get the trophy. I guess the achievement check is triggered every time I upgrade the skill tree. However, there is just no way to let the check trigger again because my skill tree is fully upgraded so I can't ugrade any of them. The trophy "Tomb Looter" and requirement is tp explore all of the Eidolon Caves. I already explored all of them before merge, and now when I enter any cave I still cannot get the trophy. The PS5 version of the game automatically had trophies popped up for those attained achievements right after login, please implement this feature also for PS4 version.

Well I had nearly all achievements on PC but none in PS. I hope I can easily get all trophy in PS using the merged account.
