Same issue, completed every trophy on PS5, PS4 edition doesn't have some unlocked and several PC trophies need to be re completed (revive allies, play for 100 hours, level x weapons to 30 x number of times) some are doable, some unfortunately aren't. Hopefully a universal trophy/achievement check can be added after mission completion so they pop -

Some achievements unlocked on steam when I linked accounts, though I just earned Max Standing with Solaris United on PS5 and it did not re-sync when launching on Steam or Switch -

If you already have a PC account you would just merge it, if you do not, you will be prompted to make one after logging into the website with your Xbox account

I merged my accounts today and my clan worked just fine, though I did turn on cross platform clan (it is off by default) if you have to time to log onto a PlayStation even temporarily for a moment to enable that, and ensure your other accounts are not in a clan, you should be okay

So, I'm posting from a seperate account as you can tell, I did successfully link all 4 accounts (PSN, PC, Xbox, Switch), I kept my PSN progress, and my Closed Beta accolade, I did not however keep my Lato Vandal, Excalibur Proto Skin or my Twitch Prominence Bundle items
