  1. I've been having the same issue for a long time now. I ended up quitting the game over it because it was so unpleasant to play. I'm going to reinstall the game now and try the various fixes that are mentioned in this thread now.

You can of course believe that studies into human nature are absolutely useless similar to how people choose to be flat earthers or anti vaxxers, that's your prerogative. But I advice you not to lie to prove your point. There are no official studies linking video games to violence. I've spend about 10 mins googling it to find at least one and failed.

I live in a country where corporal punishment is still popular and an acceptable practice. This is purely opinion here but all that teaches children is to not fear the rod. You will stop having any idea what your children are doing because they'll just get better at lying pretty quickly if that's your go to method of parenting.

    Which is largely irrelevant.

Steam wrote some while ago about a new software put into effect to kill review bombinb (especially after the Metro Exodus episode), so all the "bombs" are gone in a few days. If you repeat offend this with more review bombing, it is possible for Steam to temporary ban you.

Reviewbombing because some random guy got kicked for not using common sense is braindead.

I know that but they don't seem to. It's especially bad since only people who actually speak chinese can make heads or tails of what they're saying.

Watch one punch man and you'll realize why. It's not bad per se, it's more that it's not sustainable.

If more enemy ehp is difficulty, then school exams should just increase the number of questions on a paper.

Running solo isn't bad. I love it. But if a mission can be completed solo without much trouble, what's the point of having a squad? Just categorize WF as a single player game with the option of playing with friends. But that still doesn't solve the issue of difficulty/challenge.

Why is it not sustainable. Also why are you comparing a game to school exams.

Yes, that is exactly the player base of WF right now. They just want to be one punch man. The game will continue to be this way unless something is done. But we know that it will not so DE will have to figure out a way to cater to the player base that wants something else.

I think you still don't get the point. I'm suggesting for challenge despite the meta. We can have chroma as meta for PT but where are the elements/mechanics which require the player to do something else despite already using chroma? Something that challenges the player rather than the frame.

I have been running solo since about 100+ hours into the game. Can't recall exactly when but I finished second dream at about 180 hours solo. I only play with a squad for tricap or back when NW forced us to. The only thing in WF right now that requires a squad is eidolons, and that is only for efficiency sake. 2x3 can be done without energy pads.

You haven't expanded on why any of those things are bad.

It would help us, who are using the English forum and are most likely unable to understand Chinese, if we could get a translation of Jxtichi012's announcement. Google Translate isn't exactly the best when it comes to translating entire blocks of text, so I can only get a vague idea of what he's saying.

Here it is. According to his statement he did give out information. His defence is that he didn't sign an NDA.

Huh.  Has DE mentioned a reason for that?  It's a little upsetting not knowing for sure what weapons I'm still missing.  Do I just have to go through the wiki list and check every name to figure out what I'm missing?

Most of the stuff missing in that manner are not instantly available in the game. So it's probably to keep people from constantly whining about it.

Nobody even tried to answer them so far. All i got was what you want and what you expect the game to become and how your are not understood. Thats the main issue and reason why im still here. Im telling you that the direction of small additions to the game + 1 big content chunk is fine and i like it, you take a break and let it pile up and you have content for another 3-4 months. Thats also what Steve meant when saying that. I like this casual direction so i will defend it, i asked you to defend your point of view but you just refuse to do it, you keep repeating over and over that the game has taken wrong path, nothing else. I know what you want, now convince me that it will also be good for game and me and show me how to solve those issues i mentioned. "Im bored DE please fix" solves nothing.

Why are you even continuing this conversation. They've already decided that everyone else agrees with them. No amount of responses from you is going to convince them otherwise. As for forcing co-op in this game. I play co-op in this game all the time both with my clan as well as pubs. The reason I do that is if even if I get teams who have no idea what they're doing I can carry them through, it'll just take longer. If they start going in a direction that forces co-op and makes it a compulsary part of the the game I'd just move on to something else.

Furthermore I really enjoy the core gameplay loop. The only thing in warframe that I'm currently not a big fan of is nightwave, other than that there are very few things I'd change.

In 4 to 5 lines all you said was that you found his content to be positive, and asked us to discuss it and give our opinion.

We did that. In spades. The general consensus is that you just dropped a 30 minute video for us to watch, and that while we didn't object to his videos, his decision to go do something else is not a problem for us. And we tried to figure out if the dude who played Destiny quit was the one we were thinking he was.

Where's the old thread, it sounds pretty juicy but I can't find it.

Then he should've seen all the hundreds of "I QUIT" threads over the years and understand he's just one of the same attention seekers who should've stopped talking and leave quietly

Ya I don't really understand making a grand production out of leaving a game. I've left this game a few times already because I like everyone else get burnt out sometimes. I keep on coming back because there's still no other game that feels quite like this one.

    Doesn't add up, chief

While I disagree with everything he said I have to defend that atleast, that's the date he logged into the forum for the first time not the first time he played the game. Atleast thats what I thought.

That’s just not true. And even if it was you would have to have 4 or 5 of those missions RNG’d to be exactly the same and all have 10,000 credit rewards which wasn’t often.

Ceres dark sector survival is 20,000 for 5 min. With a booster you get 40,000. Every 10 mins earning 80,000 credits early in the star chart was very easy. And it only got to lvl 20 Infested so it wasn’t even remotely difficult.  Alerts never came close to that. Ever.

And ok, maybe op or who ever else isn’t to Ceres yet. If they weren’t to at least Saturn they wouldn’t  ever have been seeing the random 10,000 credit alert reward considering it scaled with the planets. So they couldn’t count on that either.

To say that alerts where an easy/better or efficient way to get credits is absurd.

It's 25,000 or more after 5 waves. And then you repeat. I did it a lot when I wasn't good enough for Index. Also gets you a dew Orokin cells. That guys math is a way off. And there's no way in hell he got more credits from Alerts while Seimeni is available.

Yeah, I saw that in the patch notes. That doesn't really clarify what "different" means. I will try it when I get home.

All past Nightwaves I caught 10 Virminks. When I saw the change in wording "different", I thought to myself that I would not be able to capture only Virminks anymore. Pack animal subtleties never occurred to me... I never hunted, for example, Pobbers.

I will be very delighted if I can catch 6 common Virminks and get credit!

I just did it in one go. I'm pretty sure I captured only 3 different species in 6 different spots.

  14. I don't know if this is a bug or not, but currently the Celestial Twin won't attack any of the turrets. I've only tested this in PoE. On the flipside the turrets won't target the twin either. I'm posting this because it seems silly that the twin won't attack other clearly hostile targets.

  15. I will tell you to get used to it though, There are multiple missions in Fortuna where your teammates can fail missions for you. Either by starting a mission too early or firing on targets and destroying them when you were supposed to keep them alive. There is a variation of interception where the points will spawn continuously in the general area and the enemies don't have to activate consoles, they simply have to be in the general area to cap. Tghey don't even have to get to 100%. We will auto lose if we lose too many points. That one I failed 3 times today.

Why is it lame? If you just want a k drive and don't care too badly about how it looks then you don't have to grind forever to get one, you'll always be on equal footing with people who do grind to get one, and anyone who DOES grind to get the highest tier of cosmetic k drive stuff can at least show it off without eclipsing you in speed and control and etc which would FORCE you to grind something you may not like just for better numbers.

I agree with you. I can relax and have fun with it while I'm building up standing. It's nice that I don't feel pressured to grind for a few weeks to get the meta K drive.
