I received 6 months account suspension for using the cheat software, which I have not done. A false ban. So, I created another ticket to fix the problem by communicating with support. I agree AlecaFrame has been awesome. Sadly, I don't know if I'm on a blacklist or something but I just don't want to take any more of a risk. Vanguard in the other hand it will be pain in the ass to turn it off every time I boot up but it is what it is

I've been using Overwolf because of AlecaFrame because my friend recommended to me. It was really useful utility tool for me but if it has to go, it has to go I guess.

Upon checking the logs from 2 years ago I did not have the Wallpaper engine running. But that was 2 years ago, it might be the culprit this time. Thanks for the suggestion.

Hello. I am a player who have spent just little bit over thousand hours with Warframe and casually have spent maybe $300~$400 into the game during those time of playing. What I am trying to say is that I like the game and I swear on my two balls that I do not have an intention to violate the game nor its rules. Having said that my first suspension was 2 years ago saying that I have used suspicious apps while playing and upon submitting a ticket it was lifted swiftly. However, the following week I was suspended again then lifted again. Yet the next following week or so I was again suspended for the third time and this time for 3 months no matter how many tickets I requested. Where I made my decision to leave the game for 2 years. And believe me, during those times I've tried to find and fix the problem was to why my system is keep triggering the automated ban from Warframe by communicating with the support. I have sent all the data they have requested and did everything they asked me to do. Unfortunately, the answer from them did not solve the problem which led to 3 months ban I've mentioned above. After 2 years and with the release of Duviri, I wanted to give the game a second shot. I was able to enjoy the game for a month but yesterday my account was again suspended until 2035. I've already submitted a ticket but considering my past experience with them I doubt they will give me the help that I need. So I came here. Hoping the people here may have the answer as to why my system is triggering the automated ban. I've attached the screenshots of all the programs/processes running at the time of suspension. I barely did anything besides playing Warframe for a past month, so I highly believe there wasn't a change in the system, at least that I am aware of. If I were to take a guess, the invasive processes would be the Kaspersky and Riot Vanguard. Or maybe Razer Synapse because of its macro function? I've launched League of Legends, Valorant, and BlueStacks 5 while playing Warframe but it's hard for me to believe that they're the culprit. Please, please let me know which of them is dangerous so I could prevent another suspension. Thank you for reading and I look forward to welcoming all the help from you guys.
