I asked support the same thing I posted above, they said "IT was a mistake and should already be corrected" but it still reads the same information. I am super confused, I just want some straight information so I can decide to purchase or not.
they "fixed" it in the way that they forgot to state that the Gene Masking kit was exclusive to only the Prime Access Packs

So does the Gene Masking kit come with the collar when you craft it?
nope, just the collar Gene Masking Kit only come from PA Packs, but not the PA accesory pack

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't saying that your prime accessories pack includes everything but the profile pictures when it in fact does not considered false advertising? And isn't that also illegal?

1) The highest level of Prime Access (Blessing) does get the Kavasa Kubrow Prime Armor because Prime Accessories are included in the Blessing Pack. If you do not receive the Armor after purchasing the Blessing pack please contact support: http://support.warframe.com/
2) We will be changing the Prime Accessories Kubrow image to better illustrate that players receive the Armor, not the Gene Masking Kit- thank you for that!
Trinity Prime is not included in the Prime Accessories pack. Only in the Link and Blessing packs.

noticed that too, looks like DE uses the Blue color as a default for all this stuffs, not sure about the bullet jump, but you can change the energy color of the sigils on the sigil tab

1) 7-8 veloctius fully charged shots and hes dead, less if you are lucky with crits. Yeah not really "montainious". I hope he will be stronger in raid cuz its just laughable now.
2) Beams look like they hit you but ther really dont if you are moving, and cammon electric balls unavoidable? Those thigs move at speed of snail, just move around till they are gone.
3) I take back what i said about electric balls, these guys are so slow you have hard time noticing that they even move. And since golem is always moving around these guys just cant keep up. Before they come to golem and you, the golem moves again. Not to mention abilities like repel 1 hit kill them all -_-
I went solo head on the golem, without even knowing how he looks, took my corpus archwing arsenal, and kicked his engine ! without even losing shields. I must say i expected more. Yes i do have my archwing stuff maxed out, but you cant expect to just beat, for now the strongest archwing enemy, with some crapy arsenal. If you dont want to max it out well then too bad for you. And "more grinding" is not excuse for that cuz cammon what in this game is not about grinding? If you dont like archwing then dont play it, no one said you have to. Its not like its blocking your experience in normal mode. And things like this are changed and not "fixed" like some bugs.
gotta agree with you on the archwing parts he isnt really hard and being a boos is expectod you need to bring "decent" equipment but, your statement bolded on the quote, cant, he is actually "blocked" of the experience on the normal mode since Atlas is completly locked to Archwing(well unless you want to spend real money to get it)

you can only trade unranked weapons(syndicate´s, Baro´s, maybe event´s not sure on the last one tough) without Reactor, Catalyst and Forma´s, so no, you cant lend your maxed weapon to a friend

well its require more Oxium than the others crafts simply because they changed the way the oxium drops (higher drop rate/spawns) before it was introduced
and about the awfulness of Grattler people tend to forget that it was released around Sharkwing update so DE more likely designed it to work on the low/constricted space of Sharkwing and not the open wide space of the Archwing missions wich was a mistake on their part i guess
