The answer is nothing, let them be mad. Just like everyone else, they won't leave. They'll just *@##$ about it for a week and then git gud. Everytime a game company has catered to the casual community of their game, the game 100% suffers.-

Hexenon was a new resource, Jovian Concord lasted a few days.
Same with both open worlds, but the open worlds had the rep grind which is time gated. They still only lasted for about 2-3 weeks after taking a year to release. Those ain't good results.
Void Fissures have good results, I believe the new Disruption modes will also have good results on player retention.

Maybe they've been waiting for the game to deliver on promises they've made to them for the past 6 years, and when people come along who have no idea what their talking about and telling them their scum they don't want to take it. The community gives Vets so much S#&$ for just asking for a gamemode because they want to keep playing the game they love. I got a point on the forums today just trying to dodge one of these people that want to beat down on Vets, we're treated like garbage.

That's what everyone's been doing, it's evident that DE is putting all their eggs in one basket and not making any long lasting content like endgame. Playing other games isn't a solution to Warframes lack of anything new.

What a bad counter point, and yes they have, look at speedrunning. People fail while speedrunning all the freaking time(otherwise what even?), people who have devoted more to a game than you ever will. Stop whiteknighting for the developers, they're not your friends, the lack of difficulty is a huge bane for the game.
