Yeah guys just open a ticket with their Support team and wait from them to respond. I need to be honest though, DE Support is abysmal. They take a long time to respond to tickets. I have a ticket open (regarding another issue), it’s been 2 weeks now and still no response.

I personally never leave my Switch on sleep mode for hours while Warframe is on so I never experienced this. Since you said this only started happening with the latest update I think as a temporary solution it’s better if you either close the game entirely if you plan on going afk for hours or just disable sleep mode. I have it disabled.

Yes I had the same problem. I just closed and opened the game again and had to wait a few minutes before it started working again.

Thank you. I’m one of the players who bought platinum for the sole purpose of purchasing these TennoGen items. As someone who supported this game for thousands of dollars worth of platinum purchased, I also purchased every Access and Accessories Pack available on Switch, the TennoCon 2019 Digital Pack, etc. so of course I was extremely disappointed and upset by how you guys handled this situation and I even refused to support the game anymore because of how you swept a problem as serious as this under the rug. My interest in the game decreased a lot and I barely played the game ever since this happened but I just saw this post and I had to came back to the forums because I have to be honest and say that this is a small step in the right direction. I’m still definitely sad that almost all of the TennoGen I bought has been taken away from me and most of what you’re giving out for free I already had except for Octavia Diva and Nova Copra since I don’t play these warframes, a very nice gesture nonetheless and this is the kind of communication and update we need. We don’t want to feel like Switch players aren’t important because this is what you made us feel with the previous post and during the Switch stream. We need constant updates on this issue because what happened is a serious matter.
That said, I posted a list of the items I purchased in the other post which is now locked. I just checked and I can see that I received 2,795 plat in my account. Below is an updated list of all the items I purchased (I crossed out the items that weren't affected) but I don’t know how much plat they’re worth. But yes, please keep updating us and if you guys manage to bring back all the TennoGen we had I might re-purchase all the ones I had again and go back to supporting the game and playing the game everyday like I used to as long as we get this kind of communication. Right now however I’m not confident in spending any platinum/money, also because Warframe released on Switch 6 months ago and we barely have a good number of TennoGen. So yes, I will just wait and see how this will be handled in the coming months. Thanks again.

Just because you and some others are having a huge drama bomb over this doesnt mean every single person on Switch is doing the same, so just like I think some PS4 members are overdramatic, I think so are the people having a huge drama about this.
Also, no, i wouldnt give a single brain cell if this happened, because I would have my money back, and I could just wait for the item to come out and buy it back, what you mean is that there are also people like you in PS4 that make a huge deal out of a mistake just because it took 1 week or 2 before being fixed.

No, not all Nintendo Switch TennoGen is being removed! The bug made it so un-licensed TennoGen was available through the Arsenal that was not available is the Market. Only TennoGen that was exclusively available through the Arsenal has been removed, and players who purchased that TennoGen will be refunded their Platinum.
We released a big wave of TennoGen in the Fortuna: The Profit Taker & Nightwave update. All of that TennoGen is staying!
The plan is to have all TennoGen available on all consoles, but part of realizing that plan is doing right by TennoGen artists, and that takes time.
TennoGen creators submit designs through Steam on PC. PC players purchase through Steam, which assures that artists receives a cut of every purchase. Steam distribution isn’t possible on consoles, but we wanted to make sure TennoGen was available to all Tenno. That's why we worked out a way to make it purchasable with Platinum on consoles: we talk to each individual artist and make sure they are fairly compensated before releasing their designs.
That kind of coordination takes time, so we can’t say specifically when each piece that’s available on other platforms will be available on Nintendo Switch. This is absolutely our bad for not handling this bug sooner, and we will be working as fast as we can to restore each piece. This is on us. We're sorry.
So basically all the good ones are getting removed and the ugly ones are staying. So more than 90% of my TennoGen purchases. You know what, I don’t want the plat, you guys keep it. I’m not even joking. No way in hell am I buying any TennoGen again after this, I can’t trust you guys anymore and to be honest my interest in the game dwindled after this fiasco. Good luck with everything.
Edit: I regret buying the TennoCon 2019 Digital Pack. What a waste but that’s my fault for not waiting. Not buying anything again though that’s for sure.

How do you expect us to know that something like this would happen and that we should be careful when DE themselves were not careful and were irresponsible about all this in the first place? Like I said I never check the Market for TennoGen stuff, I didn't go "oh wait, before I buy this TennoGen item directly from the Arsenal let me just check and make sure that it's also available in the Market". So don't give me this lesson learned bs and no need for so much drama? How about you tell that to your PS4 buddies instead who complain and whine and cause so much drama about TennoGen getting delayed or getting less TennoGen than before in every thread. Also, you guys would be outraged if this happened to you.

It should have been clear for who exactly? Just because some TennoGen items appeared only in the Arsenal and not the Market? I personally don't check the Market for TennoGen since it's easier to look at these items and purchase them directly from the Arsenal. Also probably others thought these items not appearing in the Market was just a small bug not something as serious as this since a similar thing happened before with one of the TennoGen bundles, it wasn't showing up in the Market and they had to hotfix it.

I agree with the others. Let us keep the TennoGen stuff we already purchased and just compensate the artists. This isn’t our fault so why should we get punished for it? I don’t want any plat I just want to keep the stuff I bought. For crying out loud I bought platinum with real money in order to buy these items. I’m at work and I honestly haven’t been able to focus since I read this news an hour ago. This is really terrible and very upsetting.

WHAT??!!! How can this happen??? I already bought so many TennoGen items and I have them equiped on my frames, operator and gear!!! I even bought plat with real money just so I can buy some of these items!! TennoGen has been on Switch for almost 2 months now and it’s obvious this is NOT a bug and I agree with the other users, this post should be in Switch Announcements and not hidden here in the bugs section, burying it here is a slap in the face and a very disrespectful move. And what TennoGen items are you going to remove??? Can we at least get a list of the items you’re taking away from us?? I purchased so many warframe skins and syandanas and helmets and I also bought operator cosmetics and skins for weapons. I cannot believe this. I’m so very mad right now.

We’ll be transferring additional items from them in the future as well, like what we’re doing with Round 14, but we can’t make any promises at this time on pacing.
But in good news, we will be doing a big catch up soon for Round 14 - thank you for your patience!

And now I'm also using Tennocon 2019 glyph, still not updating even after trying my fix. I hope they get this checked 😕I submitted a ticket 3 days ago on this issue. Waiting for their response. Maybe it’s better if you also open a ticket so that they know it’s an issue and they can fix it faster. Choose ‘Community’ then for Catergory choose ‘Web or Forum Issue’. Yeah I have the same problem with the TennoCon 2019 and the Prisma Kavat/Kubrow glyphs (the ones bought from Baro). Doesn’t matter how many times I log out and back in and clearing cache, the forum just won’t show these glyphs.
