Since it adds a lot of attack speeds so probably would get high DPS from heavy weapons
the only problem is that speed affects the timing on certain melee combos, mostly the ones that use "pause" in between
My favorite is the JAt K because both stances have easy to perform combos and keep you mobile
also the increased mobility on Speed makes up for the JAt lack of coptering

I run a Radiation ( and viral) Sweeper and that keeps me safe most of the time regardless of companion
Blast works too but i prefer confusion over the knock down

Ever since rep farming having high mastery levels matters jack **** , i wouldn't let anyone boss me around for being mr 15 or something

Supposedly it can chain to nearby allies but i guess the "jump" range must be very small

Maybe , are you using the multi threaded rendering on the WF launcher ? that's was made to be used by multi corePC's to play Warframe at its max
( EDIT:it has reduced effectivy on Dual Core )

Sometimes they appear on groups of 3-4 on high level capture missions , not all on the same room tho , you need to explore the whole level
i found them by coincidence looking for syndicate seeds

Latron P got a huge damage buff "long" ago , their base damage values used to be similar like the description says

Not that long ago they made it that if you bump enemies with your body during invis the x4 bonus is gone so long reach weapons are always preferable
I run the Bo prime bc Clashing Forest is really fun to use and keeps you mobile

I would run around with a Dex Braton , i miss the sound it makes

They could re think adding a difficulty slider on certain star map nodes so we have to do a really hard mission for a set amount of cores , no RNG with the drops and hope they find a way to make the mission hard without going back to conclave / item limitations and nullifier / bombard spam

If we want to start changing things for the sake of consistency better start with the positive side , not nerfing load-outs

You mentioned the two seconds stun in two different points
Also it has been known since a goood while ago , and after Vivergate DE wont go nerfing things because of overuse on a specific mission mode

Syndicate weapons kind of level by themselves if you join a low level mission with high spawns , I'm usually doing fine with the 8% sigils
