Update, my tranquil rifle are missing too :(

I was going to open a Riven that required me to fish.mine and kill an enemy but suddenly my fishing spear and sunplasma drill are gone from my hotbar, I returned to my orbiter and they are gone from my equipment at all. Any idea what caused this? (english is not my primary language)
