  1. Ooooh so it has to be fully charged to actually destroy the injector! Gotcha.

    The frames that are carrying the battery in my clan's team are the ones with the highest energy pool , it is possible to mod for energy efficiency and max energy cap,

     -zephyr -if turbulence did what it's meant to do , deflect projectiles maybe, but as far as i know it's an high accuracy debuff and you will get shot from time to time,

     -out of all the listed frames, frost (P) is the most useful -  yes it is ok to have lower duration, and no you're not worong the invul duration is fixed on 4 sec, so what you should mod for is high range and low duration with energy efficiency and max energy,

      -regrading mirage, she could be useful but in our strategy she isn't there mainly because of human errors, aiming and when to trigger the explosion , it's bound to happen regardless of high skilled the player is, but if players manage to control her good to help with the CC on the raids, huzzah for them

      - saryn i can't find any role as of right now, she's a damage dealer mainly, the main intention in the raids is to CC them not to kill them, the only one who you are really meant to kill is vay hek, 

    - regrading the battery, the battery will explode without being fully armed but it will only knock you down, you arm it so it can gain enough explosion power to destroy the toxic injector, if it falls with 99% it won't have enough to destroy the toxic injector

    - the limbo banish and switch teleport, it can confuse the players on switch teleport but on banish they will just plain drop it and it won't be armed

    - another tip : get restores for energy / health / shields / ammo, you will need them, energy mainly when you run out or as a carrier, health incase you need to be healed and etc, shields are mainly for hijack they will one shot you in any way (my own personal experience)

    They drop on banish? Darn.

    Since it's somewhat likely to be one-shotted, I take it that Shield/HP Mods are useless/a waste in raids?

    (Also are shield/health restores still useful? I never find myself using them...)

  2. One of the main reasons that I haven't tried them yet is that I feel I don't/can't have the right build set up yet.

     

    From what I've read, energy capacity seems to be very important for the batteries, but I much much much prefer efficiency. Is it a bad idea to just stick with efficiency, or should I just ditch that when doing raids?

     

    And out of these warframes, what could/should I do with them in the raids?

    • Zephyr - I think Turbulence would be decent protection, and tornado would be ok for CC, but I could be wrong?
    • Saryn - I just put her here because I like using her, but I don't see how she could be useful in raids...
    • Mirage - I read that a max-range prism blind can be quite effective: is this true? (Also is the blind affected by duration mods?)
    • Frost (P) - Since snow globes are probably gonna break easily, is it ok to have lower duration on them? (i.e. am I wrong to think that the invulnerability period of the globes are not affected by duration?)

     

    Also, I haven't heard of anyone using Loki's switch teleport or Limbo's banish on the bomb carrier - do people at all do this (if possible)?

     

    And can someone explain to me the whole battery stabilisation thing? If the battery still explodes when not fully stabilised, then why fully charge it?

     

     

  3. Trinary, perhaps? Effectively   Through walls : Local Room : Silent ?   Regarding inaccuracy, silent grenade launcher, just saying. (don't own one, hope this has been fixed)

    I don't think that's how noise detection works in this game; pretty sure objects do not impede "sound" (i.e. a simple sphere of X radius to ping enemy detection)

    Hence the suggestion to include the radius of noise in the UI parameter.

     

    Someone suggested elsewhere that the parameters were actually manually set by the devs, but change to SILENT when 100% silenced.

     

    The stat as shown on UI is basically broken.

  4. The recent arsenal UI buff was really nice, and I was surprised to see that they actually added a noise parameter (HOORAY!)

     

    .....except it's a binary parameter (only shows as ALARMING or SILENT).

    With current silencer mods that can silence weapons partially, having binary parameter displays are nearly just as useless as not having them there.

     

    Please: just like with when you added power strength/efficiency/range/duration stats - make the Noise parameter also display range of noise/detection

  5. Aren't there some games that use a color adapting crosshair? Aren't there RL crosshairs that color adapt? What I mean here is that the crosshair should be visible no matter the background colors. I'm sure crosshair visibility problems must have already been solved in the 20 years that 3D shooters have existed.

    There are; most of the ones I played simply have the crosshair be a color inverter overlay (negative).

    I chose this as I loved that cartoon, and I don't think I'd ever be involved in any serious battle again 

     

    Dpesn't mean i can't have another , more concealed favorite battle theme though!

  7. When I first looked at the noggle collection I noticed all the warframes of the OBT starting phase were there.

    Well almost every warframe except for Volt and Ash.

     

    With the recent addition of Volt being added with those 2 other enemies, it really got me thinking...

    Why are they ditching Ash? He isn't such an unpopular frame yet still doesn't get enough love imo.

     

    This also makes me think that the chance of the next prime being Ash will be slightly less (than Volt)

    So that when Ash prime access comes around then they'll add ash prime noggle to it along with the regular ash noggle as a standalone purchase.
