  1. quick quiz; how the hell do we spawn the assassination boss? Done the first part, got location... standing at this hourglass and nothing. No prompts, nothing I can break, surrounded by way too many normal enemies; you guys could do with toning them down ty there's just too many when Solo- but no sign of the target at all

    Every time you ask 'why can't Operators do that' it's usually down to them being a custom Animation Skeleton.

    In fact, that's usually the reason a lot of things don't happen: Why can't we have a Warframe that runs on all fours, or has a centaur body? Animation Skeleton doesn't work like that, and a custom one would take immense amount of time to create. Why can't Yareli use most Helminth abilities while riding Merulina? Skeleton isn't set up for them and many of the Abilities require you to have a stationary point to draw their Range or Origin point from, which is impossible on the K-drive because it's not using the Navigation Mesh the same way that a Warframe does.

    It's DE trying to minimise their work-load, and keep as many aspects of the game bug-free as they can.

    The Kaithe is designed for an adult body, not a child, if they change it in the future, sure all power to them, but nothing they have in mind right now and will likely stay this way, don't like the Drifter, don't play as em.     Not everything has to cater to people who love to play as "children"

    first, no need for attitude; I asked. Second, where did I say I disliked my Drifter? Third, the Operator is the Drifter just took a left at Alberqueque like Bugs Bunny suggested.

    The two are us. Also, they can make outfits that fit both, they can both use same weapons, occupy the same role in a mission as Drifter basically becomes an Operator skin if not in Duviri or playing TNW; next update is going back to expand on the Origin System which is the Operator’s domain… there is no excuse.

    A far more dignified member provided below a more helpful and intelligent reason to why which you could have given here not insist that those who maybe are fond of their Operator are a problem or need to just give up on it.

  3. I am curious; Duviri has us playing the Drifter and they can call and ride the Kaithe. Once we can take them outside, the Operator who the story… well no spoilers but how come the Operator cannot summon the Kaithe to ride? My Warframes can call her and hop right on but my Operator can only summon the Necramech. How is this so, please? Wouldn’t it make more sense if the Operator could also call the Kaithe anywhere they can call a mech?

    So as stated above by R3d P01nt, ty to them too- the only number to watch is the View Mission Results page as that needs to be the target so in this case I need 205 to unlock R9 Riding. 104 earned in the area. Now I understand it’s not a bug just perhaps they could have the View Mission and Mission Complete sync up as that confused me.

    So not a bug as R3d P01nt clarified for me above

    Many players, including me, have these rivens unable to unveil and using up riven slot space. I have 6+rivens that using up slots, 3 riven slots costs 60plat to acquire. It's a pity to waste riven ciphers on challenges simply because they are bugged. There was a hotfix over a week ago doing a workaround for several challenges but this one got completely ignored. Please DE, this is not a less noteworthy topic. There was plat spent here too.

    Titanias first ability, thermal sunder while they fall or simply shooting them before they reach the ground doesn't trigger it. I consider this issue a abyss of dagath bug since it came with the update. 

    Have you tried using an AW or Kaithe and killing them midair? It may be that you must be airborne on killing the Dargyn. Titania can use her Razorwing to make it even easier. If you already tried that then it definitely sounds a bug

  6. As a previous user noticed, there is a strange issue with Intrinsics farming in Duviri. I had around 65 Intrinsics so ran almost every mission for the full Duviri experience. The View Mission Progress stated I had over 145 Intrinsics at that point. Brilliant, I only needed 165 to unlock the next Riding skill as I'm trying so hard to get to Riding 9 so I can both name and take my Kaithe to the Over World away from Duviri. By my calculations I should have 200 Intrinsics. I never run the Orowyrm so the final Decree before it, I always extract to my Dormizone to; apparently- retain all the Intrinsics, rewards and resources. Excitedly, grab the Intrinsics bowl and it says I'm only at 145 total, still 20 short of ranking up when I should be 35 over the requirement. What's going on? Either the amount is incorrect so what I was given was all I earned, there's a deduction due to early exit which was never mentioned and the message onscreen says otherwise or the reward given is being reduced and we are not being told why.

     

    Can you please let us know if it's a bug?

  7. those talking about unique species/ model mods... think about this; if Charm gets torn apart and/ or every companion gets something similar... everything becomes generic we just have skins. So would you prefer;

     

    A. What we have in that each Companion has something their own so an identity but sharing some core rules such as non-death in a mission

    B. Every companion has everything making it pointless adding any new companion except as a skin for; Robot, Dog, Cat, Fox, Walking Robot, Robot Dog

    Which of those is going to be worse? So many complain on here about generic something or other so, which of these is worse?

    So take away Khora's unique exotic ability basically. Khora has had it rough; first Venari was the lone Companion who could respawn so could not die. All others would be permadead if not revived. DE remove this permadeath but you lose companion- Venari still unique.

    Vulpaphyla enters now Venari is losing her unique feel as here was a second cat-fox mix that had her ability but could be taken regardless which Warframe you took. Still had her unique commands.

    Enter Helminth - with every Khora you talk to bar the diehards like myself, they all will prefer to remove Venari's commands and have a skill of choice dependant on player preference.

    So combine this with these pending companion changes; all pets can pop up after a duration, all pets return to your ship at the mission close you don't need revive them on knockout... if you have your idea then what exactly does Venari have that makes her special or unique?

    What I wanna know is: what is that UI they used? Knowing YouTube it's a mod as they never use the actual game ones

    I also, cannot kill the Orowyrm to the point I do all the missions up to 6/6 when it says Summon the Orowyrm. At that point I just quit to the Dormizone without touching the Decrees to keep what I found. Those challenges I hate the most; kill Void Angels, Orowyrm, complete an Archon Hunt - not everyone likes or can do that stuff so miss out on it. Void Angels I took out eventually, Kahl though I can't stand him or his brothers so never did any Veilbreaker stuff after the quest so Archon Hunts are a no ty and my Orowyrm has always bugged making it impossible to even get on the creature let alone damage it. The orbs it throws out are too ridiculous xD To everyone farming them, you have my respect and awe as I just can't with those things

  11. So you changed Djinn so it still is special, what about Venari? Aside from her cosmetics still being borked, you haven't reworked her. You guys do know everyone Helminth's out Venari for varying abilities? That's how bad her Commands are. Attack works decently, Heal can be helpful though not so much these days and Protect is garbo. Perhaps due to how Warframe has evolved, change Venari. Tap, she locks on and will assault the enemy until death, Hold she bounces between a group. If she is KO'd then casting it revives her as normal - seeing as players could care less about being healed wanting all action all the time anyway

    Would be nice if vacuum was universal too like enemy radar is going to be universal... and needs a bit of loot radar too (especially in duviri when not on a horse, why do I need to get in a horse to find plants in a cave xD)

    I worry actually. Smeeta has long been the most helpful pet and nerfing what makes it unique is kinda unfair. I believe the Sahasa has Dig iirc? That can find ammo and random stuff too. I think upgrading the other companions to be more helpful or interesting would balance more than just as usual; Fun Police one of the best pets they made leaving pretty much the Panzer Vulpaphyla as the lone solidly-useful pet though some like the Sly or Crescent for their charge stuns

    easier method- stealth frame and Smeeta. I used my Infiltrate Ivara with a farm-focused Smeeta so she had scavenge, fetch and Charm as her first three mods on top row: was easily collecting Lanthorns. The Thrax Plasm was a bit more grindy and of course only one angel usually per mission for the Pinions was it? Those were the hardest.

    Incarnon was grand but having to keep going back to Zariman for Cavalero to unlock the nodes drove me more bonkers than any grind.

    As for Orowyrm; never killed it as first try had no helpful instructions and I left after almost dying all of my revives so ever since I only complete up to the decree before it then extract. 9/10 times I keep everything but on occasion it takes all the mats I gained but will give the Intrinsics I picked up regardless. So I don’t find it an easy fight at all personally :p

  14. the Aim Lock is the most annoying thing, you guys really need to look into it. Even Rebecca had her test Acceltra lock in firing mode. It happens way too often guys and gals almost every time I use the aim button to perform the melee combo guaranteed it will lock me in aim mode which is a huge pain the butt

    I suspect that means it's fixed already on the dev build.  Hopefully that gets to us  next week.

    Yeah I've had it happen before too.  But  nowhere near as easily and frequently as it's been post Duviri.

    It’s just been a pain for all of us. I thought it was just my controller but it persisted so thought it was my PS4 or a setting DE snuck in on us so it’s a partial relief that it’s not just me but it still sucks that we have it even now

It neither is new not just Duviri but I did think it was a Playstation issue as my PS4 I played Warframe on until March this year when I bought my PS5; had it long before Duviri happened and both my Playstations have had this annoying bug that made me think my control pad was faulty- clearly not if you guys also have it and on PC, PC+Controllers are also getting it. zonly good thing I'm not alone

  17. Once Converted that's it- you only get Kuva if Lich, Holokey if Sister and their ephemera. Possibly a Hound component from the Sister I only just killed my first so no idea personally. If you want every last thing they have, you must choose Vanquish. iirc we only get 1 Convert of their type so one Lich or one Sister not both meaning you must Vanquish every Lich or Sister until you trade or dismiss your captured one

    yup one of the mysteries of coding; stuff works, add new stuff with no changes- something breaks. Trying to fix that is a pain but can break the new stuff in fixing the old...annoying everyone in the process :p

    and I found another too, my bae, my main; Khora Prime has another Fashion Frame disaster as her Spikes no longer accept the choices we make in her color palette. My Raven say is black and purple only; her spikes? Silver with blue emissive lights. Regardless what you try they will refuse to adjust where they did on Khora Prime launch.... I think some silly dev forgot to switch these back on....

  20. welcome to Venari and Operator/ Spoiler mode hell.... Venari if you gave her any emblems or ephemera early on, now is stuck and cannot be adjusted at all even her Prime. On Operators; all non-Energy ephemeras (Eros Wings, Nyctalus Wings, Garuda Prime Access Ephemera) display only the Energy as custom; the actual ephemera remains base version so you had rocking blue bird wings now they stay white. This is yet another Fashion Frame screw up to add to mismatching rendering of materials so armor and helms are in muted/ grey tones compared to the heavy blacks and metals of say Dosann or even the Immortal skins- with luck this rendering tweak they're working on will help somehow but we just add now Liches and possibly Sisters to that long list of Fashion Frame faux pars
