That was a great post, Total. I agree with just about everything.
I especially like suggestions for more lore and for separated loot drops.

I'd be happy with a two-tier system where you can pay a one-off sum, $50 for example, and have access to pretty much everything that's otherwise pay-only. Or people can choose to play as a 'freemium' (I hate that word) game and purchase options separately.
Just an idea that I'm sure you guys at DE have already thought of :D
I'm still mainly waiting to see what happens payment wise when it's a little closer to open beta time.

Heh, I was just about to post the same thing. I got a girder looking thing sticking up at the end of a corridor. Went from floor to ceiling right in front of a (locked end of map) door.

Yeah, I've never run out of cash in Borderlands either... except when I'm trying to get a jackpot :p
I like the idea of reviving teammates but you'd have to be vulnerable while doing it.

Just wanna say the updated Lato is looking sweet :)
The extra mission intro scenes are nice too. Starting to flesh out the 'outer' environment is great.
I'm sure you guys have snuck other things in so I'll have to go find them!
