  1. Recently I've made the grave mistake of creating a kuva lich, and only now realized I have no set-up to even fight that guy or get the things that are needed. Unable to play missions with any other players thank you DE for taking out 32-bit mode, my simple PC has been thanking that I have to run warframe in window mode 800x600 on low settings and STILL LAGGING, I can't get more than one relic to kuva missions, therefore only gaining one reward, and ending up getting ayatan stars thank you again DE or other useless stuff that aren't requiem mods.
My weapons can't oneshot enemies above level 60 (3+ shots from my full build arca plasmor), and my strongest warframe, Valkyr Prime, dies in seconds no matter how much armor I have (currently above the thousands) because the enemies have a lot of damage. So, I come to ask you players with more knowledge than me (I'm not being sarcastic, please help ;-;) for something that can crush those enemies in missions. My lich has already taken over two planets, and will keep taking more of them, which means more resources lost, slower gameplay, and my eventual giving up. So yeah, I need help to solo those high level missions. Weapons, warframes, stuff to kill them all and not die in the process. Thank you for any help :3

  2. Recently, I've been playing the Daikyu along with Ivara, and I always have her on stealth mode, remaining mostly unseen through all the mission. BUt as of lately, I've noticed something really strange: I'm getting no stealth multiplier on kills with my bow.
My bow oneshots all enemies I hit, and even while they are unaware (arrow on the map is only red and empty), and I'm invisible, I'm getting no stealth multiplier. It only starts when I execute an enemy with my melee, and when I kill someone with the bow, I lose the multiplier. Were there changes to how stealth works? Does using skills disables stealth?
My build uses no multishot and has above 100% crit chance, so I don't see any way to not get a stealth kill while invisible with a silent bow

Far as I know, Warframe being 64bit-only shouldn't (negatively) affect performance - except in the case of people with 32bit processors, who shouldn't be able to launch the game at all.

    So:
    - What're your specs?
    - What're your game settings (launcher, in-game)?
    - Have you tried optimizing your installation (via launcher options)?

Also, I tried optimizing the game. It opens a bit quicker but I still got the same problem. I can't connect to any party and loading takes a while

Mate dont upgrade anything, start saving money and buy new machine, new PC. If u are trully gamer buy desktop PC, not laptop.

Bit hard. I don't have an actual job and live of university support, a small university project I work on, and with my mom's gains. I help pay rent and among other things. Plus, I live in Brazil, so inflation made the buying the most basic PC nearly impossible. 2K-3K for something that runs minefield without freezing

My specs are insanely low. I'm on a windows 7 pc, with an Intel Core(TM) i3-2120, and a 4GB RAM memory on my pc. I can't afford to buy new, more updated, more expensive parts. I will try to optimize the data, but I used to run warframe in 32 bit mode because the game is so heavy. Forcing 64 IS negative to low end pcs like mine

  6. I've been trying to get along the whole new forced 64-bits mode warframe and the devs forced onto us, and a problem came to me: I can't play public matches.
Every time I try to connect to a group, or enter any mission in general, the game stays frozen on the loading screen (sound still plays), and when it loads to about 75%, the game says I lost connection to the host and that I'll be going back to my ship. I simply can't connect to any match. What should I do? I can't afford a PC that would load the game faster for me, and am not even sure if my laptop will be able to run warframe. Is there anything I can do? Or am I doomed to play solo forever?

  7. The idea behind this 'object' I think they could add is to make players whose PC's can't run very well on Fortuna or Cetus be able to access it's contents without the risk of the game crashing. Upon interacting with this Cetus/Fortuna HUB inside your ship, the player could access all the merchants and do what they want or need. This way the low end PCs don't have to fight the lag and freezing of those cities.

I can't, for the love of god, access Onkko's room because the game crashes the moment the door opens. SO with this I would be able to access his wares and rank up my standing without having to go there and have my game break out of a sudden.

Same deal in the plains or vallis: Maybe a beacon that can call the orbiter and have the player leave on a specific spot of those places, without losing their rewards or what they farmed.
The moment the door to Cetus opens from the plains, I have to rush-press esc and leave that place before the game crashes and I have to reboot it.

This idea is to make things more smooth for players who can't afford "decent" 1000+ dollars/reals PCs, like me, and to let them enjoy the game without losing much of its features.

I sincerely hope DE watches or reads this, because I don't wanna have my favorite game be unplayable with the incoming updates

I cant give an advise for the PC, but i can tell you from my ow problems, dont use the elevator ^^ when you want to do something in fortuna do it.. and when you want go to vallis, go direct there from the orbiter... you can take the bountis direct in vallis ^^ and when your done with evrything on vallis use the elevator to fortuna  ^^ so i can tweak the loadingtime a little bit

The sad thing is: I haven't even concluded the intro quest yet. The moment I was told to go up that elevator after the fight with the corpus army at the door, and all the lag I had in between that, I gave up on it and decided to never try again. I am afraid the same thing that happened to me in Cetus will happen here. I go into the vallis through the star chart, fight lag and enemies, then go back through the elevator just to have the game break the moment the main door opens

  9. What I feared the most has happened. I simply can't run fortuna. It took me quite a couple of hours to get through the intro quests because all of the up-down-up-down on the elevator was not only taking too long, but also my PC couldn't handle the in-game redenization of the Orb Vallis. Visual bugs, terrain "stretching" into a gray line and 3-4 minutes of lag the moment the elevator door opens are just killing my experience with fortuna which should be joyful.

I am going to buy more RAM because my PC only has 4GB, and it isn't handling it. It is a windows 7 and not a notebook so I can't update it to windows 10, and a new video board will be bought. I just want to know from you what is the most budget set up I can purchase, because I live in brazil and therefore, I cannot afford anything over 400 reals, which would be about 106 dollars (yeah, economy.) So from you, what would you recommend so I don't have to spend a fortuna, in Fortuna?

I use it for endo, because the prime mods aren't cheap to level up.

Yeah but do you go "Man I need some endo" and run a sortie just to get that sculpture? Because if you do and end up getting anything else (rivens included) man, please, change your luck with mina hahahaha. No, I'm not mocking at you, it was a joke, sorry if I offended you

  11. You already get sculptures from Maroo once every week, and you won't remember them until the point you ran out of endo (which you rarely will unless you are trying to kick a rank 0 primed mod to full), and after all the effort we make, the amount of difficulties (and this includes not raging in this forum due rules, sorry uwu) and all the enemies (please fix Toxic Ancient, he is taking 0 damage and I was shooting him with radiation wtf?), you finish those quests...and get a sculpture. That single, measly, useless sculpture.

We do incursions for Riven mods, legendary cores, even a forma or orokin catalyst bp but that sculpture is like a spit on the face after all you have to submit yourself to to gain a reward. I got 5, 5! consecutive sculptures and I don't plan on using them to 'get plat' because nobody buys that stuff.

    Thank you and sorry

Yeah, 8gb should work perfectly fine. Just make sure you buy the right RAM for your system. Here's the spec sheet for your processor, the memory specifications are listed about halfway down. I would recommend 2 sticks of 4gb each.

Before you do that though, make sure that you have a 64 bit version of Windows. 32 bit versions of Windows cannot use more than 4 gb of RAM due to programming limitations. If you have a 32 bit version, you would also have to upgrade Windows in order to use 8gb of RAM. You can find that by going to the Start menu, right clicking on "Computer", then clicking "Properties". It will say either x32 or x64 in there somewhere.

Yes, 64 bits thankfully. I had so many problems with warframe trying to run on 32 bits or something like that before, but thankfully it is all gone. I'll take my PC to a specialized shop and ask them what to do properly. A 4Gb stick will help, but I wanna make sure my pc has either two slots, or if I'll have to buy a new 8 GB stick. Anyway, thank you a lot. Hope I am fortuna enough to enjoy fortuna hehehehe

4 gb of ram is simply not enough these days, I'm sorry to say. I had to upgrade from 4gb to 8gb 3 or 4 years ago, since back in those days the game was optimized so poorly that I couldn't get into the relays or do any part of the Archwing quest without crashing. It seems like you've run into the same bottleneck, but this time with the Plains (which is much more demanding than relays ever were). Now I have 16 GB, which handles pretty much everything I have open comfortably.

The only thing I can recommend is closing quite literally everything else in the background while you run the game. Especially Google Chrome, if you have that installed. That program uses an absurd amount of RAM. Also, try to stay in Cetus instances that have very few other players in it, since I think that would reduce the RAM usage (Since you can't control which instance you load into when returning to Cetus from the Plains, it might be wise to return to your orbiter first).

Just for reference, according to Task Manager, my game uses around 2500 MB of RAM while idling in Cetus. That's more half the amount of the RAM you have in your system. Going out into the plains kicks it up to nearly 3000 MB, and it stays around that mark even after returning to Cetus. Of course, I'm playing on max graphics, so that probably makes a difference.

Thank you a lot. Sad news but they are still a light :3 Would you recommend adding more 4GB? Would it be enough?

  14. I've made a full clean up on my PC and even boosted it with some programs and tutorials I found (I only watched one video and everything was fine), and I got so really happy when I could FINALLY enter and exit Cetus trought that door to the plains without the game crashing, and even enter Onkko's room. But I don't know why, it came back again. I can't enter Onkko's rooms, or re enter Cetus from the plains. The game just crashes. If I walk into Onkko's room FACING the door, the moment it starts opening, the game freezes and crashes. If I walk in with the camera turned away from the door, it will open, but if I STEP into the room, the game crashes.
And if I return from the Plains to Cetus, the moment the door in the city opens, BAM, crashing again. I don't know what to do anymore. I had it fixed, but a single update in the game broke everything. What do I do?
My pC is a windows 7
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @3.30 Ghz
    4 GB of RAM memory.

The moment I enter the room or Cetus, my RAM consumption spikes to 1K for what I noticed
Please, help, I can't stand this anymore. When Fortuna arrive it will be the same thing, and I don't wanna lose all this game has to offer. I can't afford any upgrade to this PC, nor buy a new one

  15. I was trying to update my warframe launcher, and was 600MB or so away from concluding it before my PC suddenly froze. I had to force restart it and when I opened the launcher again, it somehow, I don't know why, found 15K MB of archives of update to download. IF I reset my PC again will this go away? Or will I have to wait for it to download everything with my potato-powered internet?

    1. What's your frame? It varies if Chroma or not

Chroma doesn't need +raw dmg mods since Vex Armor doesn't scale well with it. Every other frame will instead profit

    2. elemental damage =! status chance (boost)

you will always do elemental damage als long as you mod for it. The status chance just gives you a value of the proc chance of modded element

    1. I don't have any damage booster warframe, such as Rhino or Chroma, and I mainly run Trinity due to her sustain and the heals keeping my carrier alive since I need that for the ammo mutation and capacity.

    2. I'll add radiation damage but only with the 90% mods

  17. So, I'm trying to build a rubico to hunt the eidolons in solo (due lag problems with multiple players and host connection lost) and I have been in doubt
I looked over at Warframe builder and some people make the weapon with high crit chance and damage multiplier, along with damage, and others run it with multishot and elemental damage (no status chance boost)

Which build would be the best? I'm currently still putting forma in my Rubico and I already added 1 V out of 3 Vs and one 2 - so I still got time. I've been wanting to kill them for quite a while and got really close with my Lanka build, tho I always take off one limb and the morning comes >W<

  18. I've recently fixed a problem with my internet that was not allowing me to access game chat or stay in cetus for more than 3 minutes, so I tried to go for the plains for a bit. It did worked for a while, until I tried to leave through the door, since I wanted to keep the loot I got. The game went a whole five minutes doing nothing, and when the doors finally opened, everything freezes, and I have to ctrl+alt+delete and use the task manager to close warframe. My pc could run the plains normally on the starting days it was released, and everything in the game works properly, but I just CAN'T leave the plains. Worst of all, the plains are a serious lag source since if I try to join randoms to hunt eidolons, each step of the eidolon almost crashes my game. What can I do?
