(or, "I sure am glad I never potatoed my Castanas!")
I mean, really? Cutting the ammo pool by 90% is... ok... whatever... but making already very ammo-limited weapons SHARE a rare ammo pool? Should I just go slap a dozen Forma on my Soma/Boltor Prime and forget about trying to use any other weapons? You guys seem to want nerf anything that's good into the ground somehow. As much as it might not make sense that a rocket launcher has 540 rounds and uses rifle ammo, neither does it really make sense that your bow, sniper rifle and magnetic grenade devices do, either.
Might be time to rethink the whole ammo drop system at this point if this is what counts as a "fix" because it's not very good. -
That's what passes as "an effective nerf" ? *shakes head*

It's not the variety of enemies that is the issue, its the numbers of special enemies, the stacking buffs, and collective synergies that make them overpowered. If these unique units spawned at a much lower rate than the others than it would be perfectly balanced.
Definitely seconded. i don't mind special enemies, but the sheer number of stuff on the screen in the average infested mission these days is just ridiculous. Especially since you can't see it half the time anymore. Incidentally... what DOES cause that damn darkening effect? Is it an AoE, projectile or what? Because I seem to get effected by it while not actually being hit or near anything I can see. I can understand the purpose of it, but it needs to have a defined cause and effect because at the moment it seems unavoidable and just obnoxious.
I also thing energy drain is just flat out crap in any form, but that's just me. "Oh, ho ho, we took away your powers now what are you going to do?" Although now, it seems, you CAN actually get your weapons taken away? *shakehead* Trollframe.

I love the Helios for its weapon. The sound of those slingshot projectiles followed by the wet SPLACK! of a headshot just never gets old.

Probably to fuel the platinum market.
This, of course this. The same reason they do half the things they do in terms of designing this game. Hahaha. If it will potentially get someone to drop money on platinum then it's got to be a good idea.

Seems the team can't actually decide whose job it is to fix the scopes. Ah, bureaucracy.
(Bump).
-
Here's a solution that the coders can handle: get rid of them entirely! Why go back and forth trying to fix a problem that doesn't even need to exist in the first place.
-
Still waiting for them to get rid of/make optional these awful scopes. I can't use any of my snipers anymore.
-
The Boltor Prime is pretty much eating everyone's lunch at this point. Why even bother with the Dera or anything else when you have access to that? They need to figure out a more interesting/effective way to balance weapons because most of them are just utterly inferior to something else.

Nova was/is used widely for the sole reason that her ability actually scales in usefulness compared to most other damage-dealing abilities. Changing the way it manifests doesn't actually change that. At lower levels any "nuker" frame is just as effective as Nova at room clearing. Don't begrudge people for playing something that works.
As far as Trinity, I never saw many of them to begin with so good job on rendering that particular one-trick-pony extinct I guess. -
Figured they would be fixing this with the next patch (today) >.>

Watch yourselves...
Unfortunately this will be completely un-funny to most of you but for me and the people I run with, it is a hilarious inside joke. -
Make it more like Ash's bladestorm where she jumps around ripping limbs off, decapatations, and bodies in half.
Bladestorm is the most boring ability in the game. I don't want to sit back and WATCH my Warframe do cool stuff, I want to DO the cool stuff.
-
It's a nifty weapon once you start to buff it up but that single-shot delay IS a killer.
-
I actually never thought they were that bad. It's just that they, like 90% of the rest of the damage-dealing powers in this game, are not designed to scale very well. So they pretty much use all usefulness once you go much beyond mid-level mobs.
-
Or they could just add them to the Transmutation pool... because that's an effective way of acquiring new mods if ever there was one. [/sarcasm]
-
It would really be useful. ;)

I wish you could at least change the laser energy colors. I've noticed that the Stinger is effected by the Sentinel's energy color but the other ones seem hardcoded to blue.

Worrying about wounded pride is going to ruin this and any other game which aspires towards a healthy development cycle. Exclusivity a perk of Beta testing? No? Your perk is that you get to play the game before it's done. A certain degree of exclusivity is fine. Cosmetics, etc, fine. Warframe is really stacking up a bevy of exclusive content in a game which kind of NEEDS more regular content. They need to stop taking content out of this game, period. They need to stop locking off things as "exclusive" content. For a limited time on event items? Sure. But there is more than enough room in the loot tables for USEFUL stuff to be added rather than a 10:1 ratio for scrap mods everyone already has 150 of.

Only downside would be possible complications in coding and such. More options are always better, IMHO, if you can make it happen. Though seeing as how your single sidearm retains akimbo sidearm stats when you're holding a mission object or something, I dunno if this is workable in the current system.
Pip1in -- accuracy and reload times, mainly. -
I'm pretty sure the full set goes for about 15 plat total, in my region.
I only need Systems. I have Helm and Chassis for days. I don't see many people selling them though.

I haven't actually been too impressed with Nova. Her mobility is nice but M-Prime seems to be her only truly useful skill and even then only in as much as any other frame's "big damage AoE fest" skill. Seems to me that the only reason she's actually seen as "better" is because the way MPrime does damage isn't made irrelevant by high-level mob scaling. Does that actually make Nova objectively better or does it just demonstrate a bigger problem which has a negative impact on most all the other frames? Does Nova actually need to be "nerfed" ? I hardly think so. Fix your damage scaling to let OTHER frames/abilities scale equally and her proximal superiority disappears completely because MPrime is really not THAT amazing of a skill in its own right.
Personally, I'd rather run Ember.

Is that all?
