  1. I've had already restarted/load the game multiple times, and restarted my Playstation 4 at least twice.

I'm not able to invite anyone to any Void Mission as the option to invite is now gone, the button has been replaced with arsenal, and I can't invite people via chat as well.

This happened randomly while I was modding my Warframe, the connection to the void was lost and shut down instantly and I haven't been able to invite people since.

Like I said I already closed the application to Warframe multiple times, and restarted my PS4 twice. :/

(Just found a fixed, I just had to turn Online off by switching to Solo and back to Online.)

  2. We recently had a huge melee over haul, mission over haul, new mission, new frames, events, coding reworks, new weapons, new gameplay user interface, solar trails, updates to the dojo, new enemies, bosses, and making all those damm stances.

I can understand being behind of the "BIG" things, right now they are working on more of the little things that NEEDED to be fixed (I'm looking at you Hysteria!). And a new Hub.

Kubrows is simply the only thing combat related they can truly show off right now. I admit they are adorable, and the addition of a Pet system is cool. Just the way they are raised, and act seem too tedious. And along with the 50,000 other things we need to focus on Warframe they seem like too much of a distraction with very little benefits.

(So wait, I'm supposed to be grinding for stances, mods, exp for my new equipment, parts for the new prime equipment, pay attention to my drones collecting material for me, gets keys to even get the prime parts I want, help out a friend, sell stuff on the market so I have enough money to buy slots, and somewhere in between all of this I need to start raising a pet?)

  3. Drew said it would, if I recall. Now that we know we don't yet have the full update, it's best to just wait and see.

Hopefully they do, I find it unsettling that no one is addressing this. If the full amount of platinum is available I'll buy.

Again, I'm failing to see the difficulty for a DE to simply address if the full amount is available or not.

  4. Thats not the problem . Even if boss was to scale higher they are not as fun as they were used to be.

Remember trying to kill Hek with your weapons, running low on ammo, thanking the god for the loki thats invisi-mowing his shields and resurrecting you ?. It was fun because bosses were new, wasnt one shotting us to challange us, people were trying to help the other players to kill the boss, and they werent dying in 2 clips from a player.

We need harder bosses not the ones who oneshots you and dies in a heartbeat.

    My view on this entirely.

  5. Jackal february 2013 with newb gear RIP

Oh and Lephantis used to be hard when there was a damage cap.

Lephantis is still my favorite boss because you know.. 3 Heads, then he turns out to be a giant.

I wish we had more giant bosses to fight...

Come on DE, THE GREAT AND MIGHT FACTION BEASTS! MAKE IT HAPPEN!

  6. Does anyone else remember fighting the Jackal for 15 minutes or more with crap weapons, and frame. Trying to figure out how to kill the darn thing, while trying to figure out how to play in general.

"Oh look! Someone got knocked back off the platform again! Damm this boss is hard.... "

Shooting the legs until your ammo ran out, forcing you to fight the beast with your skana which had the power efficiency of a big stick.

Nowadays I practically 1 hit kill the Jackal and most other bosses and call it a day. Never even bothering to fight them unless it's to help a newbie, or to do a alert mission. It's sad really, we have these awesome nightmare modes, but once you get all the mods you want from it there is no point to fight stronger versions of the bosses. Let alone there is no reason to fight an earlier bosses after you acquired their frame. Well, unless your resource farming, or selling the frame blueprints for a small sum of credits.

So Tenno, does anyone else recall having a hard time fighting bosses? Can you recall how fun they were for being challenging? Have any experiences worth sharing?

  7. I actually like this idea.... Overused abilities don't work because of common sense. I don't have a problem with this, makes it harder to take out. And it's not like a Rhino Stomp or something won't work, it would still take out the infested around it so you can just focus solely on the Juggernaut.

  8. It was exclusive, I believe they specifically said it would never come back.
And people stop comparing this to Excalibur Prime, having Exalibur Prime means you get the extra Mastery Points from it, have a combatant armor no one else has available to them, and it keeps people away from collecting every frame. It's content that actually effects the overall game-play, compared to this skin which is only cosmetic.

  9. I always agree with removing dilution as it ruins the gameplay in a long run, but the reason why it's there so you do grind for months for a single prime part.

This game is technically a grinding game; why do I say that? Because, what other point is there to a game? We grind for better weapons, to fight at higher levels, to get the best weapons, in which there are no end use for other than to ask for better and better weapons. The dilution is there to help stretch out the game so they can add things to actually do in the game.

The biggest problem is that we are always upgrading new weapons, and to switch to a level 30 weapon is very counterproductive even though it's your strongest weapon because you could be getting EXP for something else to raise your mastery.

So the dilution shouldn't be removed until we get better solutions for end game (ones that don't offer a weapon or frame as a reward), and to find ways for us to use our better weapons without the fear/disappointment of losing out on EXP without removing the grinding to level up the weapon to try it out so your not stuck with what everyone else has.

Oh and the dilution is also there to make money, so it kills two birds with one stone. But I don't like touching on this subject because everyone feels offended because the game is supposed to be "Free".

  10. I personally noticed that I can get into a game, but if I want to play the mission again with the same team I was in, I am then disconnected and told that the server is full or something along those lines, and then it takes me back the Solar Map.

  11. We cool design, but the abilities are a little lackluster.

To have continuous beams that drain energy seems too OP, and if it was nerfed in anyway the ability would be too weak and underwhelming. Personally, I'd rather remove the energy drain, while being allowed to wield weapons. (Sort of like world on fire but with limited range, and it's more directly in a line than AOE.) Keep with the Health draining theme and allow him to drain health with his beams, and then you can dual this ability with his first to quickly jump in front of his enemies to cause a small AOE, then mass kill/drain for HP.

And you should reconsider devour, I love the imaging around it, but targeting a single enemy for HP is very weak. Consider killing a enemy for energy, and allow it to simply become additional companions that attack enemies around you (sort of like turbulence/iron skin but can deal a fair amount of damage to enemies.) Then allow Evolve to stack up on these enemies, and when they are destroyed they drop 1 energy orb.

And also consider to change something into provoking ability as well, so it makes enemies come after you so you can tank. (Another addition to evolve perhaps?)

To point out what I'm suggesting, basically make a frame were his abilities effect/enhances one another, while doing being sufficient on their own. A tank needs to be able to take damage for their team. His range is very limited (except for his first ability) so that way he can have self healing powers that aren't too overpowering, and are useful enough for fighting the enemies closely around you.

  12. One thing about having T4 Orokin Void is that people want NEW content, or at least something the keeps it challenging while not simply being upgraded enemies.

During update 12 we received Team Leaders, while slightly more powerful than a regular grunt they aren't truly scary. In T4 why not have EVERY regular grunt enemy a Team Leader-like enemy with their Warframe-like abilities to step it up a notch?

And who will be the new Team Leaders you might ask? Bosses. Slightly weaker version of Vey hek is a Team Leader with a group of Warframe-like power wielding quadrant coming after you only after 5 minutes of survival! Perhaps even the 2 enemies we have to capture during a T4 capture mission are 3 Jackals who are jumping around and traversing the field to it's advantage, breaking walls that are too small for him to come through, and scaling the elevators like a spider.

T4 should be a bunch of crazy scenarios coming together. Why should we have this? Because by the time you can achieve a T4 key and to challenge one, you should already be completed with most of the solar map to begin with. The bosses can even be Orokin Void's version so there is no lore inconsistencies. This would also be a good opportunity to bring back the J3-Golem or any other scrapped bosses.

Make some areas in T4 a maze. Sort of like the Lost Wood in any Legend of Zelda game, give small hints or picture like puzzles to help Tenno figure out what door they should go through. Failing to enter the right door will lead you back to square one. This will keep Tenno from speed running through exterminate missions, and to make the missions more of a team work effort.

Create interesting random event scenarios for T4 keys. Perhaps during a Mobile Defense, Lotus accidentally pressed a button that began a count down to the destruction of that particular tower that you are in. Having you guys to stop what you are doing, or take the little data you collected and run for it.

    Just some small thoughts~

  13. I personally love carrying a newbie to Pluto so he can gain extra XP while I kill everything with Nova or some other AOE frame. That and one of the best things about Warframe is the fact that you can hop in and join in exactly where your friend is. You may be weak, but jumping heads into the game will have a new user see how awesome it is to have some high end warframe or mods, and if they stay they will more likely spend money on platinum to catch up with said friend, or if not they gain experience (both in game, and mental) right away because they have someone guiding them.

I've seen some Excalibur's at rank 0 kick some major butt at high end levels. Yes it's harder, yes you need to rely on your friends more, and yes you need to set aside some goals if your sticking around with a newbie, but you can always personally leave a game at any time and start a new one if you are not too far into that round, and don't feel like carrying someone.
