PS5 Immediate failure when host migration in regular circuit mode. The Previous mission was excavation which has no fail state unless you die. The following mission was survival which also has no immediate fail state. This means that after most migration it instantly fails which shows there is something in the back end with host migration instantly failing even after hotfix #8. Video of host migration/insta fail:
