I've recently switched over to using the Steam client to play Warframe. Before, I've alpha/beta tested and played the game using the client from the official site. Recently, I've noticed that when upgrading your Void Relics with Void Traces has absolutely NO EFFECT in terms of receiving Rare drops. I've had ZERO rare drops (from my own Void Relic), and this has been ongoing for a while now. I've never had this dry spell for this extended length of time while playing the game on and off for 6+ years. I'm not the only one experiencing this.

I've been experiencing this since the latest update. I've been upgrading my Void Relics to Radiant as well. I've received nothing but common or uncommon drops. I've upgraded A LOT of Void Relics. I haven't received a Radiant/Rare reward from my Void Relics ever since I switched from the Warframe client via the official warframe.com site to the Steam client (I have no idea if this information helps; switching from one client to another). It's not "bad RNG", and I feel it's something else.

Has anyone else noticed a change with Void Relics and creating a Radiant out of it? Ever since the latest update, no matter how many relics I've upgraded to Radiant, I've yet to receive that tier reward. It could be bad RNG, but it shouldn't be THIS bad. I just wanted to get an idea of how many people have experienced this as well. This is on the PC side****

Okay, I just equipped the Hirudo and the Tecton Sparring Skin is under apperance! Just kind of weird that I can't equip this skin on Atlas's signature weapon, Tekko.

Whenever I'm in a team, and I use my Shade Sentinel + Excalibur Prime, at some point during the mission, my Prime disappears. It looks like I'm playing in first person. Again, it only happens if I'm in a team.
I have a clean install of Windows 10 64 bit
Dual RX 580's (latest drivers)
32 GIGS of RAM
The game is installed on a new SSD as well.
Just wanted to bring this up, and it's great to be back after 5+ years! The evolution of the game is mind blowing, and I raise many mimosas to everyone there!

Recently came back, and HOLY FUDGE, man, the game feels and LOOKS super refined. Go dev team! I've been using my Excalibur Prime, and whenever I have my Ghost sentinel out plus the prime, my warframe disappears. I lose third person perspective, and it feels like first person perspective but frackin' awkward. Here's a pic of what I've experienced so far.

Thanks to everyone on (and off) the cameras at Digital Extremes for Livestream 7. Very enjoyable, very fun, and very informative. As always, an amazing job, and it's great seeing the crew at DE playing the game and making small talk. That's just a great concoction for hilarity to ensue. I was definitely laughing my bum off when Rebecca started on her Lotus lines which she took in stride, tongue-in-cheek!
To the crew heading over to E3, have a safe and fun trip!

I've been looking for the Master Thief mod as well, but so far, no luck. I did manage to get the Sanctuary (rare) mod from an infested mob on Jupiter/Themisto. If anyone takes a dirt nap, I'll guide you back from the light with my Sentinel's Shield of Awesomeness.
I'd really like to know if there are any special or increased resources/loot from those red lockers. If a stash of porn falls out of the red lockers, I'd be more than ecstatic to add that to my inventory. Just saying.
To the OP, I pray that the RNG Gods are in your favor and you get that mod soon.

This happened to me as well on May 29 at 7 pm EST on Venus/Fossa. The cutscene kicked in, and I was about to hit the <space> bar to skip it, and I noticed the Jackal was somewhat in the floor. After the cutscene, I sent some love to the Jackal in the leg with my shotgun, and the big guy fell through the floor. After about 20 or 30 seconds, the lovely Lotus pops in and says "It's the Grineer"...just kidding, but she did give me the go ahead and the mission objective was completed.
On a side note, making my Trinity a Super Shine Shine Pink Shorts Trinity (with the whole Forma thing) has been a test in patience, but I know it'll be worth it. I really enjoy the ability to customize pretty much anything in-game now and big props to everyone at DE; it's much appreciated.
On another side note, I started my clan called the Pink Shorts Brigade. So far it's been myself and I've been having a great time with myself and if there's a problem, I have myself to blame. I need more beer now because it will probably take about a year to complete my first reactor or research facility, but it's all good.

I posted questions (pertaining to the UI) in the hopes that DERebecca would select them for the Twitch Livestream #5 on May 8, but unfortunately, other hot topics were brought up.
The UI and having a smoother interface with optional on/off toggles like party bars as well as many, many other suggestions posted in this thread will hopefully be addressed. I just hope refinements to the UI will be sooner rather than later, but eh, I'm a patient guy with a lot of alcohol and special brownies so it's all good.

Questions:
These questions pertain to the user interface. Will there be an option to enable a static party bar for solo or team play (instead of holding down "Z" to view a player's health)? Will we be able to select specific players from said party bar?
Will there be a visible timer for skills or buffs during their duration? For example, Rhino's Iron Skin, Excalibur's Radial Blind, Nyx's Chaos, etc.
Will there be more refinement to the map, specifically the mission objective marker? Sometimes the mission marker goes off into purgatory (it appears in the dark area of the map where there are no walls or structures) after completing an objective and this can be confusing to newer players who are not familiar with the multi-tier maps and environments.
Many, many thanks to everyone at Digital Extremes. I've enjoyed the ride so far, and I'm looking forward to things to come!

I was searching the forums and came upon this brilliant thread pertaining to skills and having a visual timer for said skills like Iron Skin, Radial Blind, etc. Even though this thread is somewhat old, I really support this idea as this will make gameplay more fluid. Speaking for myself, when I'm knee deep in a cesspool of infested, the visual effects can get pretty hectic, and enemy bodies like Ancients block out my warframe so it's difficult for me to see if my Iron Skin is still up. It also never fails that an Ancient Disruptor just happens to be there as I fail to notice that my Iron Skin has been down 1 or 2 seconds after the fact. lol
+69 to these great ideas, and I sincerely hope that the folks at DE can implement the skill timer suggestion as it will make gameplay more fluid as opposed to a player mashing their 1, 2, 3, or 4 buttons in the hopes of getting that skill off in a clutch situation.

I like this idea. To further expand, I think the Orokin Catalysts/Reactors should remain account bound if a person does salvage their warframes.

Heck yeah man. Anyone who's made it through another week from the grind (work, school, wearing pink shorts during a livestream) deserves a good ol' fashion beer and (pot) brownie reward. It's the Tenno way.
To the OP and for people who've suggested dual Glaive love; nothing wrong with the idea with dual whatever as long as there's a semblance of balance. The Glaive isn't an overpowered weapon compared to some of the other melee type weapons, but it sure as hell is fun. Having two of them would definitely double your pleasure, double your fun.
My only proposal is that if there's a dual Glaive, there really should be a giant Moa boss that starts off with the feet, legs, and the crotch laser. When the cutscene kicks in, more Moas combine for the torso, the arms, and finally the head that has a shocking resemblance to DE Steve's face. After Moa Voltron combines, pink shorts appear as the final piece to form the Ultimate Moa. Just saying.

These moas should be prototypes for a Supah Moa Shine Shine Big Bang Boss. It starts off with the feet, legs, and crotch laser, and perhaps one day, there'll be a cutscene for this legendary boss that will combine before our very eyes and form Moa-Voltron complete with arms, chest, and DE Steve will form the head. Who knows, maybe the Supah Moah Shine Shine Big Bang Boss will even have pink shorts (for the win?).
Melee Acitvation & Switching Weapons Not Working

I figured it out!
Hello DE!
For some reason, I'm unable to switch my melee/weapons nor am I able to swing/activate my melee wewapons. Everything was fine a few days ago. I've tested this on two keyboards and still no go. I've verified and optimized the files. My OS is Windows Home 64-bit with the latest updates.
