  1. You overestimate the importance of "content creators" that do streams of Warframe.

There will always be some of them.  There will always be the in-house streaming done by DE.

    There is no interdependence.

Content droughts suck, sure, but the one we're in has been greatly exaggerated.  Taking a break from the game isn't a bad thing - frankly, I'd love it if more people complaining about the game would go off and just do something else until the itch to do space ninja stuff needed to be scratched.  I've taken multiple breaks from the game, come back and binged hard all over again.

There is seriously not a problem going on with Warframe right now.  If you're bored, it's cool - play something else.

  2. Bullet Jumps are fun.  Aim Glides are a little weird but also fun.

Wall Running was often very fussy and frequently not fun.  Doing Wall Run interrupts to extend Wall Run range wasn't fun.  Stamina bar wasnt fun.

We're in a good place, but it'd be cool to have Wall Running return.  Maybe as rail shooter segments?

  3. I think they're already just overestimating how awesome Umbral AI Warframes are.  It's a cool gimmick.  It's fun.  It's not so useful that it's worth getting blueprints and consumables involved.

I have zero interest in a temporary consumable to apply Umbral sentience to a Warframe.  I'll skip it entirely and stick to my specters.

A better system would be to do something like an Umbral Reactor that imbued a Warframe with that sentience, period.  Maybe even make it fussy enough that it can't be applied to Prime Warframes, but only be used on regular Warframes to give them continued usefulness.  That'd be an interesting choice to have to make, no?

  4. Man, I don't even understand why the bolts are all up in this thing, but I do know they're a clipping problem and even the Protosomid's tentacles clip through the bolts.  I may be old fashioned, but I don't think an art asset should have its parts clipping through its own parts.

It's just over-doing it with these bolts, man.  Just like the Provvok shoulder over-did things with that cleaver.  Just a Grineer mask woulda been cool!

Argh I am a nerd, anyway, thanks for listening.

  5. Like, I don't expect to get a Legendary Core all the time, but it'd be nice to get one ever.

The prizes are kinda bad, but getting Anasa Sculptures all the time sucks.  Riven Mod is supposed to be the same rarity, even.

I dunno.  It's not like the sorties are terribly difficult, but the prizes do suck.

  6. Profit-Taker is an unsatisfying fight for a lot of reasons, I think.

It has a lot of ingredients in the mix that largely make it obnoxious rather than tasty.

    My least favorite mechanics are...

    - Shifting Damage vulnerability and manipulating it with Void damage shots
    - the size of the radial Push barriers (smaller and more numerous would be better)
    - that the Adds deploy their own Alert beacons rather than being introduced in predetermined waves
    - Arch-Gun time-out penalty running during the Final Four Minutes

Were I to change just two things...

    - Axe the Shifting Damage vulnerability - it is a very video gamey mechanic; it lacks a level of real world plausibility that some superfuture robot can just decide "Oh, um, I'm only going to take Viral damage right now, mmmkay."
    - Adds should be introduced during Pylon segments, and should not deploy Beacons and be able to reinforce themselves

  7. I run 8 Extractors so I'll always have 4 fresh ones at a time.

If a Redeploy Extractors function existed such that it took your top Extractors, it'd take care of itself.

But really I wonder if this entire Extractor Degradation thing is a played-out and generally meaningless mechanic that should be obsolete.

  8. It's also slightly less of a chore on PC since you're using a mouse.  Moving a cursor around with a joystick is a smidge more time-consuming and requiring some cursor accuracy.

But I'm talking about getting rid of all those steps, so for your experience it would mean the option of not having to do those few clicks at all.  Just recover Extractor stuff, then Redeploy.  Even if you have only one Extractor, that's fewer steps.  It becomes gradually more cumbersome when you're running four of them, though.  😄
