I would also add my thoughts about that:
1). Not more than 1 P Forma per item.
2). You wont be able to change already existing polarity (making new polarity slot with two variants of) or changing later that dual polarity slot to somthing else.

The only person that is happy about that game change is my girlfriend. Because with each sonsecutive gameplay afflicted charge I become more and more easily bored and start to try distracting her from her facebook applications. Too bad for me that I usually used Warframe as an 'application' where I could threw in all my stress'n'rage achieved during the day. Now I will not only contain it with my after some WF playing but also be bores and so i will be easier to be provoked on scandal without even actually trying to do so.
Isnt XK actually a 'beta' warframe to 'test' changes?
Nerf Excalibur because he is OP comparing to 'others' warframe abilities.
Others became much stronger comparing nerfed XK.
