oh u know what i think u're right and this could be the solution right here, luckily i have tried switching dx versions a few weeks ago (from dx12 to dx11) and indeed i dont remember having any issues on it. my other laptops that keep on crashing arent dx12 capable so yea that is probably why. and here i am thinking it was the windows version all along causing the issues. edit: well hopefully DE does have a fix for dx11 players too. 🙏

hi, so have u tried playing on windows 11? i noticed that most of my weird issues started when i downgraded back to windows 10 (11 felt too bloaty for me at first). also my friends windows 11 laptop has no issues/crashes whatsoever, meanwhile my two laptops both on windows 10 with different (amd and intel) cpus keep having have these weird issues. i just havent got the time yet to update my laptops coz it's honestly a little too tedious for me but im really hoping i get the time to do it one lazy afternoon.

oh thankfully i thought i was going crazy and my hardware was actually failing. for starters i tried on two diff setups (diff cpus intel and amd) and graphics cards (nvidia and amd) and yea i still get the crash. it happens the most while leveling on Helene saturn, i just cant complete wave 10. sometimes it crashes even before wave 5. to be clear, the "failures" i get are: the one that says Hardware is Failing then opens a website, and the other one that opens a crash window. (this is always the bug number i get.)
