  1. Renamed Minor Arcana to Minor Draw as well as Major Arcana to The World.

@45neo: Whie Foresight may be weak in comparison to Iron Skin or Ring of Fire - being re-castable gives it an edge by refilling your shield at any point. Also, why I didn't mentioned why but Foresight will block damage from any direction, it will prevent damage being dealt to you directly while a card is active so losing 4-6 cards, as long as you have 1 card, it will still block regardless of direction.

  2.

This is Arcana, the omen. The fortune-teller.

Unlocking and utilizing her ally's latent abilities, she channels and manifests misfortune through her tarot cards to bring chaos into the battlefield. Arcana can see your future, Tenno. Let her be your guide.

    Stats

    • Health: 110.0 (350.0 at Rank 30)
    • Shield: 100.0 (400.0 at Rank 30)
    • Energy: 150.0 (420.0 at Rank 30)
    • Armor: 80.0
    • Sprint Speed: 1.0

    -----

    Omen - Passive

If alone, Arcana gains +10 to his Health, Shield and Energy. If within a cell, she gains varying bonuses depending on which Warframe she is with.

    Quote

    - These bonuses are applied during a Mission and will change accordingly if a player leaves the cell and a new one joins in.

    • Grants +5 Health if Excalibur, Wukong, Oberon, Nekros or Inaros is present in the cell.
    • Grants +5 Shield if Mag, Nyx, Nezha, Trinity, Hydroid or Ivara is present in the cell.
    • Grants +10 Energy if Nova, Ember, Banshee, Saryn, Arcana or Limbo is present in the cell.
    • Grants +5 Armor if Rhino, Atlas, Chroma, Equinox, Vauban or Frost is present in the cell.
    • Grants x0.1 Sprint Speed if Mirage, Volt, Loki, Ash, Mesa or Zephyr is present in the cell.

    -----

Bring destruction with a single card. Minor Draw unleashes the innate power of yourself or your ally against an enemy, dealing damage in an area.

    Quote

    - Throws a Tarot Card that deals 100 / 150 / 300 / 450 damage to the enemy. This damage is unaffected by enemy's Armor unless with an ally which will switch the damage to a different type.

    - Chaining 3 Tarot Cards within 4 seconds will cause the next Tarot Card to gain 50% chance to proc status effect.

    - Tarot Card gains additional effects based on which Warframe is with her and deals +5% damage for each ally in the cell (up to +15%).

    • Deal Heat Damage if Ember, Nezha, Mesa, Nyx or Chroma (Heat) is present in the cell.
    • Deal Cold Damage if Frost, Hydroid, Mag, Nova or Chroma (Cold) is present in the cell.
    • Deal Toxin Damage if Saryn, Ivara, Trinity or Chroma (Toxin) is present in the cell.
    • Deal Electricity Damage if Volt, Vauban, Mirage, Limbo or Chroma (Electricity) is present in the cell.
    • Deal Slash Damage if Excalibur, Equinox, Ash, Nekros or Arcana is present in the cell.
    • Deal Puncture Damage if Loki, Oberon, Banshee, Zephyr or Arcana is present in the cell.
    • Deal Impact Damage if Rhino, Atlas, Inaros, Wukong or Arcana is present in the cell.

    - If Tarot Card will deal 2 or more of the Primary Elemental Damage, it will randomly combine to a Secondary Elemental Damage with 3rd Primary Elemental Damage (e.g: If (Ember + Frost + Saryn) is in a cell with Arcana = using Tarot Card can either inflict (Blast + Toxin) or (Viral + Heat) or (Gas + Cold).

    - Power Strength affects the base damage of Tarot Card.

    -----

Foresight surrounds Arcana with Tarot Cards that blocks incoming attacks. If Minor Arcana is used while Foresight is active, it will launch 2 additional Tarot Cards that homes to nearby enemies.

    Quote

    -

     Creates up to 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 Tarot Cards around Arcana, with each card capable of blocking up to 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 damage.

    - Using Minor Draw will expend 2 Tarot Cards from Foresight, each dealing 50% / 60% / 70% / 80% of the base damage.

    - Can be re-casted to refill the Tarot Cards around Arcana.

Power Strength affects the amount of damage each card can block.

    -----

Let your enemies know the pain with Shared Fate. Arcana marks an enemy that spreads to nearby enemies. Dealing any damage or elemental effects on a marked enemy will spread a portion of that damage or effect to other marked enemies.

    Quote

    - Marks an enemy with Shared Fate for 10 / 14 / 18 / 20 seconds, spreading to nearby enemy units within 5 meters of a marked target.

    - Dealing damage to a marked enemy will deal 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% of the total damage to other marked enemies. Hitting two or more targets will a single Area of Effect attack will still inflict the percentage damage to other marked targets affected by the AoE.

    - If a marked enemy is affected by an Status Proc (Slow by Cold, Viral's Health Reduction, Slash's Bleeding, etc) will also be inflicted to marked enemies with a 50% reduced duration.

    - Re-casting Shared Fate will remove all marks inflicted by the previous Shared Fate.

    - Power Duration affects the duration of Shared Fate.

    - Power Range affects the spread radius of Shared Fate.

    - Power Strength increases the damage percentage inflicted through Shared Fate.

    -----

Manifest misfortune into the physical plane with The World, creating an entity that follows Arcana throughout the battlefield, mimicking her abilities as well as her allies. If the entity dies or runs out of energy, it will bring fortune to you and your allies by replenishing their health or energy.

    Quote

    The Entity has 800 / 1900 / 3000 / 6000 Health and  400 / 600 / 800 / 1000 Energy Pool. Depleting either Health or Energy will result to the Entity vanishing.

    - The Entity can mimick some abilities used while it is active. Toggle-abilities will remain active until the Entity dies or runs out of energy. Self-Buff Abilities (Renewal, Invisibility, Iron Skin, etc) cannot be mimicked by the Entity.

    - If the Entity dies, it will restore Energy to Arcana and her allies equal to 100% / 110% / 120% / 130% of its remaining Energy. Running out of energy will restore Health to Arcana and her allies equal to 80% / 100% / 120% / 140% of its remaining Health.

    - Arcana's Power Strength, Duration, Range and Efficiency directly affects the Entity's mimicked abilities.

    - Power Strength increases the Entity's maximum Health Pool.

    - Power Efficiency increases the Entity's maximum Energy Pool.

  3. Don't mind the concept - themes can be similar one way or another. What is straight plagiarism if you have the EXACT SAME thing from a different person and try to claim ownership to it.

  4. Is there any way to request for DE to put out like a blank body for people to edit and make their own Warframe Concepts? I know some are really talented and can make it from scratch but I'm not one of those people. Wondering if I grab like a pre-made warframe body sketch and I can put some edits and stuff?

  5. So right now - after completing a Sortie, you either get a repeatable Reward or non-repeatable Reward in which case as you get more non-repeatable Reward, the chances of gaining the repeatable Rewards (namely Fusion Cores) increases as they replace the non-repeatable reward. Additionally, from the way how the last Sortie works, you are most likely not able to get the part you want if you are matched with 3 Players that already has the item checked off their list (per say Sheev Blade) and you're looking for this specific item in the Sorties, the chances of you actually getting this part will drop immediately to 0% as the other players has already this in their inventory and the system will no longer reward them to the cell / squad.

My suggestion for Sorties is to add something that would allow player to choose their reward to a degree by allowing them to choose a table of rewards before starting a Sortie which should allow you be matched with players following the same table of rewards you're looking for BUT grant each player their own unique reward at the end of the completed mission, allowing them to pursue the table of their choice without encountering a reward that would make them cry or put a grudge on Sortie.

So basically the steps and examples:

    1. Choose the Reward Table.
    2. Finish the Sortie.
    3. Earn a random reward from your chosen Reward Table.
    4. Celebrate!

To note - A's Reward, B's Orokin Reactor and Catalyst, C's Rewards and D's Syandanas are Non-Repeatable so they can only be obtained once. On the Fusion Core Table, upon reaching the Legendary Core, all Sorties done with the Table will always reward a x50 Rare Fusion Core.

The Reward Table would appear like this:

A - Weapon and Warframe Table | Total Possible Rewards: 19

    Spoiler

    • Sheev Blueprint / Hilt / Blade / Heatsink
    • Dera Vandal Blueprint / Barrel / Stock / Receiver

    • Strun Wraith Blueprint / Barrel / Stock / Receiver
    • Nezha Helm / Chassis / Systems

    B - Utility Table | Total Possible Rewards: 11

    • x3 Forma (Repeatable)

C - Fusion Core Table | Rewards gained starts from the lowest amount of Rare Fusion Cores up to Legendary Core

    Spoiler

    So, any thoughts?

  6. kwp5ulN.png

As I arrived in Earth, a vivid memory echoed through my head. Times where humans walked this very ground while at peace, absent of fear. Majestic buildings that would reach the skies covered these lands, each one would glimmer as the sun's light touched the metallic edges of these creations. An era of peace if one were to compare it to where we are now, floating dead in space - glimmers of light far beyond the horizon, a sign of life ending another.

Nature took its course, brought back once originally belonged to it. Now these ancient trees stand far higher than the ones deep in my memories. A silhouette of a man appeared before my eyes, a phantom? an illusion? No... I know you, you were the origin, our blood, our ancestor but that's as far as my memory can recall. Who are you, Tenno?

    _______

A nod to Dark Sector <3

    1. Will there be any additional content added to Relays to reduce them from being mere Syndicate Hub (Trading Medallions), Semaris/Clem Mission or Mastery Test/Weapon/Ability Practice? So far, people only go to the relay for those purpose and leave once they're done? Will you be able to add something that would liven up the relays per say interactive random NPCs (perhaps voiced by some DE) and/or mini-games where people would actually be motivated to stay.
    2.  It looks like you guys are focused on expanding the Orokin Moon - in that note, will there be any expansion or exploration to Orokin Derelict? Be it a Mission or Lore or something.
    3. You guys talked about the Twin Kweens (Queens) of Grineer, but will there be any details on what or who is the Neural Sentry that holds Orokin Towers? While we're talking about those in power. While we're talking about those in power, whose in definite head for Corpus since most of Corpus's poster boy (Alad V) is now sided with the Infested. Or is there somewhat a Council that builds Corpus.
    4. Any thoughts on Oberon's status? He seems to be outdone by most Warframe and people tend to ignore Oberon due to his abilities can be done far much better by other Warframes. What's special about Oberon though is his ability sets revolve more on Radiation, but that's pretty much it. It doesn't deliver a Paladin-theme to me.
    Spoiler

    5. During the Second Dream, Alad V and Lotus had a temporary alliance. Will we be seeing more alliance in the future? Akin to Invasions where you help the Infested invade a Grineer / Corpus Outpost (I don't know why, but hey it could happen).

  7.

This is Pandora, the curious. The innocent.

Armed with supportive contraptions, Pandora lures her foes into a gruesome demise with her toys. Keep an eye on her, Tenno. You don't want to be caught in her traps.

    STATS

    • HEALTH: 90.0 (300.0 at Rank 30)
    • SHIELD: 150.0 (250.0 at Rank 30)
    • ARMOR: 50.0
    • POWER: 100.0 (300.0 at Rank 30)
    • SPRINT SPEED: 1.1

Observer deploys invisible drones that scouts ahead for enemies, latching unto them and revealing their position and their weak spots while in contact. Killing the enemy will allow the drone to find another target.
    • Observer creates 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 drones that will seek out enemies within an X meters. Upon finding a target, they will stick to them, allowing Pandora and her allies to see the unit through their mini-map and through walls as well as the target's weak spot.
    • Drones expires after X seconds, regardless if they're still seeking enemy units or already latched to one.
    • Power Strength affects the number of Drones created as well as the damage multiplier on the target's weak spots.
    • Power Range affects a Drone's search range upon their creation or upon death of their previous host.
    • Power Duration affects a Drone's time before they expire.
    • Augment - Recorder - Drones now stuns the target for 0.5 - 1 second upon contact and has 50% chance to be instantly scanned upon death.

Protect yourself with First Call. Pandora deploys a Sentry that creates a barrier around her, detecting hostilities and launching a powerful blast in a wide radius against the target as long as she keeps her peace.
    • The Sentry generates a barrier around Pandora that absorbs X damage. The Sentry lasts for X seconds or once Pandora attacks (through Guns or Melee) or once the Barrier is depleted.
    • As long as enemies continue to attack Pandora, the Sentry will attack enemies with a powerful beam that deals Heat Damage in a small radius around the target. Prioritizes enemies that targets Pandora.
    • Power Strength affects the barrier health and Sentry's damage.
    • Power Duration affects the ability's duration.
    • Augment - Second Chance - Once the Barrier is depleted, the Sentry will create a second barrier with 60% - 80% health with reduced duration. Only applies once per ability activation.

Create another choice with Paradigm, Pandora drops a Transmuter Device, changing her ammo pickups and orbs for further assistance.
    • The Transmuter Device releases 4 pulses in a X meter every 6 seconds, with each pulse changing all ammo pickups to an another ammo type and health orb to energy orb and vice-versa within the radius.
    • Ammo Pickups affected by Paradigm gives an additional 5 / 7 / 9 / 11 Ammo upon pick-up and Health / Energy Orbs restores additional 3 / 4 / 5 / 6 Health and Energy.
    • This only affects Pandora's Pickups and Orbs.
    • Power Strength affects the additional ammo granted from Ammo Pickups as well as bonus Health and Energy gained from Orbs.
    • Power Range affects the Transmuter Device's Pulse range.
    • Augment - Emergency Beacon - Upon expiration of the Transmuter Device, it creates an area that slowly restores Health for 12 seconds.

Tempt your foes with a deadly gift with Demise, Pandora sends out a moving trap that slowly moves forward while pacifying enemies and luring them towards it. Upon end of duration, destruction or activating it again, the trap explodes in a powerful blast.
    • The trap moves at a rate of 2 meters each second that can be steered with the player's reticule. Drains energy per second and per 6 meters covered.
    • Enemies with direct line of vision of the trap are tempted (akin to that of an un-alerted status) and will walk towards the trap.
    • Deals X Radiation Damage with a guaranteed Radiation Proc on surviving enemies.
    • Power Strength affects the damage dealt and health of the trap as well as the number of enemies that can be tempted at a time by the trap.
    • Power Range affects the trap's temptation range as well as lowers the energy cost per 6 meters covered.
    • Augment - Hope - Heals allies within explosion radius. Converts excess health recovered as shield (overshield) with 10% - 20% more of the excess health.
  8. Greaves are basically Kick-only Weapons which allows the user to pull off intricate attacks using their legs and feet while using their arms and hands as support. Ideally, I would put some sort of small bonus to performing Bullet Jump while equipped with Greaves (increased damage?) and also allowing jumping on enemies to deal damage.

Greaves are based on the medieval armor to protect the user's legs. In Warframe, these weapons extends from the user's shin down to their legs (usually blocking any armor in the Warframe's Legs). In terms of blocking while equipped with Greaves, it would instead create a semi-visible energy field in front of the user.

    Some Greave Ideas:

    • Handou - Greaves designed to send powerful blows with each kick, rendering enemies unconscious or flying.
    • Schopen - A spiked armored greaves, guaranteed to pierce a hole on your enemies.
    • Sipa Ornate blades woven around these greaves, combining lethal kicks with precise slices.

    Some Stance ideas:

    • Flight of Hermes - Lightning fast kicks that sends enemies into the air.
    • Entwined Force - Precised strikes followed by deadly blows. (Akin to Taekwondo)
    • Graceful Star - Intricate movements with spinning kicks. (Akin to Ballet)

  9. These weapons were known throughout the Orokin Empire, some were revered or held only those deemed worthy but now they have been tainted with the Infestation when the ships carrying these treasures failed the jump. Be careful when you wield these weapons, Tenno.

    Derelict Weapon

Derelict Weapons are basically Primed Weapons that has been affected by the Infestation despite being sealed within the ship's vaults. The Infestation has replaced some of the weapon's power in exchange of a more 'Organic' and 'Alive' factor for the weapons.

    1. Devourer A unique blade of orokin designed known only to those who wield the status of the executioner. Now the infestation has twisted these blade to an amalgamation of is name, a second living blade protrudes from the hilt, literally devouring those that were cut by these weapon.
    2. Ballista - A bow used during the orokin war, a siege weapon capable of impaling multiple enemies in a single shot or destroying any defensive structure. The infested seeped through its arrows and now creates a web-like tendons on each fire, ensnaring foes caught before manually impaling them into its arrow tip.

    ---

So far these are the only weapon ideas I have, feel free to suggest more.

  10. 5 minutes ago, Rehtael7 said:

I could see momentum being a bit counter intuitive. All the indoor environments may end up being more of a hindrance than a benefit.

Each of the abilities could REALLY do with more detail. They're very barebones at the moment.

Will certainly add more details soon as well as a concept art if I happen to grab a pencil and paper.

  11.

This is Fleur, a deadly dancer.

Fleur's bewitching movements combined with her deadly veil, she invites foes to her dance and with each step she takes fells a foe in the battlefield. Don't let her beauty trick you Tenno, Fleur is a deadly warrior of old.

    Stats

    Spoiler
    • Health: 100.0 (300 at Rank 30)
    • Shield: 130.0 (300 at Rank 30)
    • Armor: 100.0
    • Power: 170.0 (400 at Rank 30)
    • Sprint Speed: 1.05

    Momentum

As Fleur moves more, she gains increased movement speed and animation speed. She slowly loses her momentum once she stops moving or is completely lost if knocked down.

    • Sprint Speed is increased by x0.1 and Animation Speed is increased by 2% per 2m Fleur has moved, up to a x1 and +20% upon covering 20m.
    • Decays at an equal rate each second she stops moving.
    • Momentum Bonus is visually shown as her Exalted Veil glows. Initially Transparent, it will slowly turn to the user's Energy Color as they gather more Momentum.

    _____________

    Flourish

Fleur flourishes her exalted veil, deflecting incoming projectiles and dealing damage to nearby enemies..

    • Deals Impact Damage.
    • With each Flourish used within 6 seconds, the range of Flourish and Exalted Veil is increased as well as the next Flourish's Energy Cost is reduced. This stacks up to 4 times.
    • Flourish may be used while in air and does not interrupt any movements.

    _____________

    Quick Step

Quick Step creates a phantom that trails Fleur's movements with a delay while drawing her enemy's attention towards it.

    • The phantom has a 4 seconds delay from Fleur's movement.
    • Function similarly to Loki's Decoy, drawing aggro towards it.

    _____________

    Allure

Allure puts Fleur on trance-like dance that mesmerizes foes to join her side.

    • Does not affect her Momentum Passive.
    • When Quick Step is active, performing Allure will also cause the phantom to stop and perform a short radial Allure.
    • Drains Energy each second active.

    _____________

    Exalted Veil

Fleur unleashes the exalted veil wrapped around her arms, allowing her to strike enemies from afar while assaulting her enemies when on the move.

    • Performing any parkour (Rolling, Bullet Jump, Cartwheel, etc) will deal damage to nearby enemies.
    • The Exalted Veil has indefinite Punch Through against enemies but will not affect environmental terrain and walls.
    • Features some attacks that allows her to either drag enemies towards her or knock enemies away.

  12. Is there any possible way to actually change the theme color of the forums to a much darker shade? (Black or Gray?) Because people like me who likes to play in the dark hurts our eyes when we open up the forums and see the blinding white.

  13. Is there any updates on players who accidentally skipped Vor's Prize Quest? Will they be allowed to have the Quest marked as completed or will they have to complete it (thus locking them out from the usual Orbiter's Feature) in order to access it again?

I really want to have my Codex Quest Entry completed.
