I just tried a steel path alert and can't seem to kill the tumor nodes or whatever in the hive like I normally should. I poured 1000000000s of shots into it once it was able to be destroyed. I saw damage but nothing killed it.

I just tried one of the steel path alerts I couldn't destroy any hives despite pouring 100000000s of damage into it.

I get this too. Also in sanctuary onslaught. I've played warframe on 3 different pcs and this problem has been on all 3 and my cousin gets it so i assume it is warframe.

When I play Remnant from The Ashes (boss fights specifically), Battlefront 2 or WWZ, I often wish Warframe had some of the things those games have. I mostly play Warframe for the cosmetics at this point and really only certain frames, streamlined looks and not busy designs. So I often take massive breaks since pretty stuff doesn't come along often. With Remnant though I wish boss fights in warframe were like those. With battlefront 2 I like that in the co-op I am not rushed by other players and not trolled by the game itself like running into confusing design choices like I do in WF (specifically teralyst and orb nonsense). In battlefront 2 the combat is so addicting and the melee is more fun too. I like how the co-op missions progress in either pushing forward, holding or being pushed back and it's not just kill x amount of things or farm mechanics, the game is good at making you feel powerful . I hate farming it feels dated. In WWZ just how 2 people can play all the content and do well and making quick choices in intense battles with 100s of enemies on screen is memorable. I know all last week I played warframe but I can't remember any highlight moments aside from things I customized in the arsenal.
I still think ME3 multi did powers way better than this game. There was cooldowns and not energy pools which felt more strategic and the abilities were fun, nothing was designed as trash to rank up, everything was mostly good. Playing that game was fun. In warframe farming as fast as possible to the exit screen so I can get up and walk away from my PC is the reward. Hoping they release actual attractive designs is the other thing I look forward too. Seeing a new gun and hoping it doesn't get nerfed or is weak AF and gets tossed away after hitting 30.

I only play solo. sucks after years of doing it since day 1 of this games release they went another route and it killed this game around the time of year i needed it most. I don't even log in now. Done spending hard earned money on it if it no longer is supporting my playstyle. I know it's harsh or "wrong" to some for me to say this but backstabbed is what I feel.

it's not working for me either. i try to claim it and the page gives and error. i play gta and rdo and I can claim those twitch items fine so it's something to do with warframe.

I just want to solo with npcs bridge officers. until then i'm done. i don't want payday 2, killing floor, l4d or any of that or i'd be playing those not warframe. i want warframe for how soloable it's always been for me.

I have connection issues too so always just solo in most games. Railjack is the end of this game for me.

I solo and will always only solo. I guess this game isn't for me anymore. it has been 100% (i quit when raids existed because they're lame and for mmos and I have played enough of those, this is not an mmo) and then I came back and solo'd everything else. There should npc crew members like star trek online helping out. That game was more fun at this point. And don't bother responding, you'll never convince me of your gotta group, got to add more people i don't want in my life to play a game I play for fun. not to socialize or feel some sense of teamwork together. I get that from my real job and side projects as an artist. I don't want it or have time for it in warframe of all games.

I've been soloing or duoing warframe since the beta (founder), I don't play with others but maybe 1 other friend now and then. I'm hoping that can continue. I built my ship entirely by myself and got everything to this point solo with the occasional friend helping, 1 friend not many. It's not that as the op put I "don't have friends" or solo people don't, just none play this but 1. I have tried getting at least 50 people into this game over it's entire existence and half of those people did make it past the rough start new players have but all of them left because of the farming. I don't have time to form new friendships and put effort into that. I don't want to put time into learning the ins and outs of a new friend's personality to enjoy a game. I already have a ton of real life friends and a few online ones that I rather devote my time than someone new. I'm not playing warframe to find a date or new best friend.

Where my main issue on that update is:
Building a SOLO spaceship on a party feature where the main purpose is teamplay...
A shared spaceship would fit that way instead of solo spaceship...I play entirely solo. I don't want to be in a clan where someone is the boss of what i'm doing. The reason I play warframe is to play on my own terms. It's great people can group up and make the game easier for themselves but soloing is what I enjoy, plus my job and life of constant travel make it so it's the only way I can play and want to play. I don't want to devote mental energy to small talk and niceties to appease some members of a clan.

If only my life lasted as long as the game expects to make me wait. With the limited time I have I do lots of other things. Games used to be a thing you go to to have fun but now real jobs are the thing you do to have fun. They're less life leeching than SOME games.

The occupying planets red seems too deep. They should brighten it up a bit.

Ok. From what I've gathered from forum discussions so far ....
1. The mission must be a min-level of 20.
2. It's random.
3. Your screen will flash red about a minute before one of the Queen's guards taunts you.
4. As you can see in the first pic, there a unqiue icon. This will lead you to a mob who's model is similar to the refugees during the Wolf Nightwave.
5. It's similar to a "capture" mission, where you have to down the target. Instead of pressing X to capture, they rise into the air and scream.
Once you're back on your ship, the screen turns red and then your Lich taunts you with his/her birth.

This is the area he has already claimed. I'll be tackling this tomorrow.

I think mine is bugged @[DE]Megan even after the hotfix. I'm not seeing them get any territory. I actually got a lich i like with the gun i wanted but nothing is happening past that point. 5 hours of nothing!

I like this kuva lich idea but i don't think i'd grind relics whatever, I really never liked kuva siphon anyway. I know i can buy that pack but those are limited charges on those mods? I love warframe, I've spent 1000s on it over the years but I'm playing too many games these days and i am accustomed to faster fun being delivered than farming to defeat a boss. I think the system itself seems awesome but I wish they'd have gone about it another way. The more farming I have to do the more distance the desire to play the game itself grows. Nightwave is already a massive turn-off for me.
I still think a mode that can be soloable or with friends that is more like a siege campaign on new maps with multiple objectives that's a bit randomized where by the time you reach the end you fight your kuva boss, would be better. There could be generals (bosses) on earlier missions related to the campaigns you defeat that show up to help you on the final battle where you kill the boss and take his weapon.
The most exciting thing about this release was the darkness color palette and some aspects of melee 2.0 though it still feels the same more than not.

i wish they'd let me buy a lich. 4 hours of playing i haven't seen any new content except for what's on the marketplace. unless my account is bugged every grineer looks the same and i'm just playing the same old same content and i'm bored.

I'm having a similar problem where it's already ypdated and hangs on checking for updates for about 4-5 minutes suddenly one day for no reason although I am always up to date. it eventually loads the game but it's strange. i never had problems before like this. No other games are acting differently. It might have been after a windows update though. I'm not sure.

Yeah I don’t play Warframe to socialize. I have enough friends in my real life. Often while playing Warframe I am talking to them so I wouldn’t put strangers before them. If not them then Spotify. I don’t play games to socialize and I’ve played Warframe since the beginning so I think 7 years now, and in 7 years never socialized and not going to change now. I play to solo, not stand around chatting it up. It’s fine if you want to, just saying life is even more demanding than 7 years ago, last thing I want is socializing in this. The games already got a grind from hell in it, that is an oppressive soul crushing experience, I don’t want another layer of complete and utter drain in this game.

I want the reward of no more grinding. Years ago it worked when it was minimal, my rl job always was a worse grind. These days the grind in this game and maybe one other I play is more grueling than my RL job. I deeply don't enjoy grinding for stuff. It's not fun. I don't really do it anymore but it's disappointing to see the next new thing be tied to yet another grind. Thankfully 7 major games I want are coming and I'm playing another right now and loving it. It's got some grind but not the levels of this. In a week or so the grind will be eliminated in that game with an update to eliminate the grind. Then a few weeks later a steady stream of new and unexplored games launch from now until april of next year.
