When extracting from any mission, if a player with slow hardware is still in the early stages of coming back to the hub/orbiter and an other players selects a mission, various issues occur.
Common case reproduction steps :
Setup :
Host : high performance hardware (high end PC)
Client 1 : low performance hardware (nintendo switch)
Connection quality and latency does not seem to be relevant.
Steps :
play any mission with a return to the orbiter
extract
The host selects a new mission as fast as possible, the loading diamond for the client might not have appeared yet.
Results
The host sees a mission vote as usual
The client, when done loading the orbiter, does not see any mission vote
Workarounds
The issue can be avoided by waiting for the client to load (no indications on screen)
The host can remove the mission vote and select a mission again.
The host can force start the mission.
It is still very annoying because the client might be waiting for the host to post the mission until the issue is noticed.
Frequency
Occurs almost every time when playing missions back to back.
Fortuna, Profit taker bounty reproduction steps
Setup :
Host : Any
Client 1 : high performance hardware (high end PC)
Client 2 : low performance hardware (nintendo switch)
Connection quality and latency does not seem to be relevant.
Steps :
play the profit taker part 4 bounty (the boss fight)
extract
Client 1 selects the same mission as fast as possible, host and client 2 are still in the elevator.
Results
The mission vote ui does not work
Client 2 is stuck at the table
Workarounds
The issue can be avoided by having the host select the next mission, as he loads last.
The squad can be disbanded and created again with the "leave squad" button to regain functionality.
Frequency
Occurs almost every time when playing missions back to back.
Notes
I recall similar issues occuring if players leave or join the squad during the mission vote with the initial squad all in fortuna.
Eidolon hunting
Doing the same steps as for fortuna with the tridolon bounty seems related to the bug where no eidolon spawns.
Not reproduced lately, no conclusive evidence
Never occurs if the host selects. Here the host can cancel the existing vote to systematically avoid the issue.
Netracells reproduction steps

Deimos open world bonus :
Steps :
Start a bounty directly from the open area and a player leaves during the mission vote
Results
The mission vote breaks. All remaining players accepting does not start the mission.
The player who left is still listed. This is fixed for the host if he opens the pause menu
Workarounds
The mission vote must be cancelled and restarted to fix the issue.
