  1. Stalker is the closest thing i see in WF that has a sense of horror. Would be nice if he got a boost on that aspect. He also likes to focus solely on his mark, leaving him open for attacks by the rest of the squad (im well aware that he causes a lock down now). That takes away from the way we view him as an enemy.

It would be cool if the Stalker were to slowly appear as his mark gets engulfed in clouds of smoke. Kind of like the smokey areas on some Grineer tiles. And as the smoke clears, the mark finds themselves face to face with the Stalker, completely separated from his squad. Would be even better if the lights on the environment dimmed during the whole scene. This would add a feel of horror to the Stalker, making him something to look forward to and a force to be reckoned with.

Theres a rise in horror favor in the game world. The Stalker can fill in that space in WF.

I heard some pretty cool ideas regarding the Stalker being more horror like. Feel free to share yours...

take note: im not saying the Stalker is broken or he needs this or whatever. This is just something id greatly enjoy.

  2. YOU Deactivate Slashdash - it's not a duration distance. hit 1 to start dash, hit 1 to finish.

You must have read my post wrong. I was referring to the fact that SD stops Excal in front of an enemy he cant kill. I understand that you are able to start and stop the ability. I am hoping that in its new state SD will continue on to the next enemy even if it doesnt kill.

  3. Im worried about RB. Being the only CC ability Excal has, subjecting enemies to finishers would cramp its potential. When dealing with high level enemies its best to stop them as you can not easily kill them. Casting RB on a group of high level enemies and then going after each one for a finisher doesnt really make any sense. A stun, confusion and long lasting blind is more ideal and will carry Excal further in the game.

RJ is another ability that has the potential to carry Excal further in the game. A knock down effect would be great for it.

I hope SD doesnt stop on an enemy Excal cant kill, as it does now, leaving him vulnerable. In any case, with lack of power or CC, SD will remain a low level enemy ideal ability.

Nevertheless, im happy to see changes coming to Excal. Cant wait to see his new Helm too. (please, no fish lips lol)

  4. VKhaun has solved issue.

"You must actually look at the next wall. Your crosshair needs to be on it, not out in the air.

Not too direct or you'll run up instead of across."

and that is correct. All i had to do is look a bit more towards the wall. Thank you! my mistake

  5. Ill try some constructive criticism:

    -Respectfully, Excalibur.

SD is used as a mobility ability because of its lack of strength. A broken mobility because if you run in to an enemy you dont kill, he doesnt knock em down or go past em, he gets stuck right in front of them, leaving Excal vulnerable.

RJ is weak, too weak to be useful. If, at its current state, it at least had a knock down effect it would be useful. Animation is dangerously long.

RB gets restricted by walls and large objects. RBs restrictions makes this ability dangerous in close quarters. In open areas you have to buff up the range and that will take a hit on strength, which renders SJ useless... for the most part.

SJ is great, would be better if it was range dependent.

    Armor is a bit low.

    -Ember.

Fire Ball is weak. Too weak to choose over using a weapon.

Accelerant costs too much and its stun doesnt last long at all.

Fire Blast, with its recent buff, has become her dominant ability as it tends to knock enemies down. Still, its weak.

WoF is Strength, Duration and Range dependent. When these three dependancies are combined theres not much you can do with the ability in the long run.

I still use both these frames, and i can go the distance with them, but not without major adjustments to defenses and sacrifices to abilities potentials.

The above is just my opinion, and im not trying to argue for it. Its just based on my experience.

  6. the_war_fairy_by_novum1-d6vytmq.jpg

Absolutely stunning! I doubt DE goes that route. Doesnt look like their "style."

Trins back is the main reason why I've been hoping for new frame suits. But, not like Immortal skins, different suits like the proto armor. That would be a great addition, id buy every single one.

  7. I get where youre coming from, but, you can practically solo 99% of the game. This 1% shouldnt be a big deal, even if its reason enough to go in a random party a few times for the sake of collecting a worthy reward.

At this point theres not too many new rewards that seem necessary, if any at all. If we stopped getting new rewards from this point on, I bet I can still manage to whoop some behind. So even if you choose to skip the raids... how much do you really miss out on?

Raids dont define Warframe, dont let em cramp your style.

On a more positive note: This is a nice opportunity to meet a few good Tenno. Perhaps join a small clan thats active enough to team up on certain missions, yet dont mind a clan member doing their own thing the majority of the time. Team coordination can be fun as hell in WF. And, a final brighter note, you can do the raid with as little as 4 people as well.

    Enjoy your game

edit: I read somewhere that people have successfully passed the raid in something like 13 minutes. I also read times ranging below 30 minutes. Small sacrifice of time for the experience and reward.

  8. Despite the new helmet, I still dont see "dragon" anywhere on the frame. I think it would have been better if they called it something other than dragon frame. People wouldnt have complained as much... or at all.

To me, its the Chroma frame. With a new helmet.

I must say I admire the action they took in to pleasing the community.

  9. Bet that the Sentients can dispel Warframe passives and abilitys....

i hope not. the lore wouldnt make much sense. the orokin trained the crap out of us and built these warframes around us in order to use our abilities to defeat them. if the sentients can dispel then the orokin could have just used the weapons they gave us and won the battle.

  10. I believe that Loki requires a bit more skill than Rhino. Aside from the obvious stealth advantage, both frames can get the job done.

When a cryopod is under fire, Loki can disarm, throw a decoy. Rhino can stomp.

When a team mate is going down, Loki can go invis and switch teleport them out before they get slapped or go revive them. Rhino throws skin on, goes in and stomps.

In most cases Loki will require more work, and in order to pull through he will require more skill. Where and when to place the decoy. Is the decoy still up? Who to switch teleport with. When to disarm, where and how often. How much time does invis have left. Avoid crossfire... Experience will have you using all of the above, but skill will have you knowing exactly when and where to use them.

Not to say that Rhino requires no skill or experience. Loki requires more work, and in order to play successfully, Loki requires more skill.
