So here's how you fix it on xbox go to xbox settings, privacy& online safety, xbox privacy, view details and customize, communication and multiplayer, and then allow join cross-network play.

It's only me and kickbot in every chat besides trade. I am in NA, my region in settings is set to NA, my language is set to English, my network ports are default, my cross platform is on and i have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. LR1 2,300 hours plz halp.
