    Excalibur Rework

    excalibur is the only perfect frame in the game along with rhino

     

    he was made perfect nothing to be nerfed and or buffed

    now that i think about it

    excalibur does need a buff rhino is clearly better than him or is he

     

     

    excalibur has good cc and rhino has ok c c but beats excalibur in everything else

     

    if speed rhino has more speed than excalibru

    No it doesn't work on Antimatter trust me, unless it changed in U14. 

     

    Antimatter just has a 4-8x damage multiplier. :/

     

    1million damage is easily achieved with any weapon with Antimatter

    if you re looking at the wiki what it meant was the 4.0x dmg multiplier wont affect the crit dmg multiplier.

    the one that gives the moste quivalent health and shields is quick thinking 

     

    with loki p's full energy base u can take 600 hp worth of damage 

    if u have energy plates hot key aka press 5 for one energy plat you can save ur sself from almost every damage by spamming those energy plates

     

    i even encountered a lv 100 infested attack with trin link and quickthinking energy vampire

    energy drain based on damage is a nerf 

    noobs wont get it but pros will 

     

    i wanted the previous version of this nerf 

     

    also what azamagon suggested is ok 

     

    one if the de creates game mods that no players can go past some point its bs 

     

    so buff the absorb

    they probably werent machines ur support is the fact that the virus was weaponized 

    but there were without doubt other robotics that disprove your claim good

     

    basically sentinels could be organic beings but your support isnt viable

     

    u have some mind but u didnt think this through

     

    hell there could have been no sentinels during those times

    by what ur saying u meant that during the orokin era people used the virus as a "weapon against the sentinels"

    quoting what u said 

    during the war 

     

    u assumed that people of the orokin era knew that the virus kills everthing so u thought that sentinels had to be

    organic matter otherwise the orokin wouldnt have used that virus

     

    im pretty sure there were other robotic materials in the orokin era eg ordis 

    but this didnt stop the orokin era from using the virus

     

    this is childs play but i applaud tha fact that u came to such a conclusion
