    Flame i have had to post this around abit. Alot of hate directed at sorties of late but we need to come to together on an idea.

     

     

    My idea was every tier of the sortie gives a reward and a token, and legendary cores are drops only.

  2. Here's the thing. All the recent reworks have made things worse, and "rework" has been code for "massive nerf." So yeah, people start getting defensive when you talk about "reworking" the frames they like playing.

    The game is not a beta. It stopped being a beta when DE started offering a cash shop. The Beta term is just used by fanboys (maybe not you, but in general) like a poor shield to deflect valid criticisms. It's like when someone points out that change just for the sake of change is bad, goes into a long list of reasons and explanations to back it up, then a fanboy shows up and shouts, "it's a BETA!," as if it supposedly negates or erases all those listed reasons and explanations.

    That's the problem. They are using it to further dilute a heavily used drop table (think Rotation C from the old void). No one would even be complaining if you could run the sorties (complete with rewards) more than once a day.

    I didn't say bleed was bad; I said it was bad on melee. At the levels it is good, you don't want to be in melee range, and there are plenty of guns that are great for apply bleed and such, such as the Tigris Prime.

    Even if it gave every melee weapon 100% status chance, it won't.  Pure damage will beat out status until you get into triple digit enemy levels, and there is zero reason to be fighting enemies of that high of a level anymore.

Crit weapons will basically carry you through like 99% of the in game content.     Exactly, plus at the levels where status starts to win out are the levels where you don't want to be right in the middle of enemies, i.e., melee range.

    60% movement speed for 15s is nothing to scoff at. The new mods are pretty refreshing addition to the melee modding roster. They enhance other alternative ways to mod your melee than the standard raw damage or crit.

    The problem is they are just bandaids and every one of these you add is taking the place of another dps mod. these are not being added in a vacuum.
