If your eyes are not accustomed for such games,they are goin to hurt and that will also affect your head.
I had similar problems and I still have them,sometimes,no idea why too,our body is sometimes refusing it.

It happens when you finish the Chains of Harrow quest,i think it is totally random.

Hey Buf00n,
DJ Snake released a new song two days ago and I have to say,i really like the drop,but since i am not a music manachord expert,i am not sure if it is even possible to make it in WF.
SpoilerI am talking here only about the DROP that starts at 1:04 and ends at 1:21 ,if something similar (but propably very hard) would be possible to make...Huh man,i will kiss you..:D

I have no idea what is that "Data" ,but i had similar problem too,unable to move,unable to do anything.
Maybe you could try next time " /usntuck " .but for me it was not working.Only way to fix is was to get downed and revive yourself (die) .
EDIT : By the way,did you clicked on operator mode before you been downed ? Because if yes,everyone can still revive you,but your frame will be stuck in operator mode (without operator of course) animation,so you are unable to do anything.

Not a problem on your side,i have it too..
I was panicking too (checking PC,checking router,checking net settings) , but this is not a problem from our side mate.

Yes it does drop...but that drop rate is really low..like 25% ?

After my first post and using my brain (very painful) I came to an end.
I have to disagree,arcanes are unique because of LOR/JV , if there will be a way to get them without playing LOR/JV,so peoples will simply stop playing LOR/JV.
Why they should play LOR or JV?For rare containers or credits?Not worth it,even The Index is faster to make creds.
Arcanes are the reason,why peoples still playing LOR/JV.
