  1. With my personal experience the best ways to deal with them are with some warframes like Excalibur.

•Excalibur: Radiant Finish gives a whopping 300% finisher damage to enemies who are blinded by Excalibur's radial blind which still manages to one shot them with a scindo prime. However the problem is not all enemies get affected by Radiant Finish so you're effectively modding for what I think are 2/3rd's of all enemies in Void survival which isn't so bad.

(radiant finish ought to be coupled with finishing touch. Also, Radiant finish is affected by power strength so you might want to make a sacrifice with your duration, range or efficiency should you follow this route. )

    • Nyx: Chaos is formidable til higher levels the problem I have is that she gets one shot really easily so a lot of movement mechanics are required to pull this off especially if you are one of those guys who go for void survivals in solo mode. However it is to my belief and opinion possible.

    • Loki : Another warframe that has to be played right especially at such a high level of gameplay. You are literally not allowed to get hit ONCE or else you die. 4th skill is always a reliable means of helping your team deal with such high level enemies by taking away their weapons. They are still really tanky though.

I would mention Nekros, but I personally never reached at a far enough state with him to give any reliable information. I am sure that this wonderful community will help you out.

You dont really need all that much power strength to get that massive 300% damage boost.

  2. Darvo's got a very tiny pair of chin tattoos.

But, as I said, we don't really have any similarities between figures known to be on the board to be able to tell. In fact, look what we assume to be the Corpus Board as shown in The Profit PS4 trailer, none of them have any similar markings. It's all very unique, very personal, and that seems to move away from the idea of it being about rank or position for me.

Good point. Maybe we need to look at the Crewmen in game, Alad V, Nef Anyo, Frod Bek, and any other corpus to find some kind of similarty

  3. I've always wondered how things would turn out if we somehow convinced a Major figure to join our cause. Be interesting to have Vay Hek send us on spy missions to gather data on the Twin queens.

Also I'd love to have him say "DID YOU REALLY THINK IT WOULD BE THIS EASY?" if we got detected.

Anyways how would you feel if something like this were to happen.

  4. Its been a while since Alad V has contacted us. Remembering the drama from The Tubemen of Regor event I wonder what the end-result will be. but my questions are...

Is Alad V the leader of the Black Seed Corpus?

Is Alad V waging his own small war with the Black Seed Corpus?

HAS TYL REGOR POKED ALAD V WITH A STICK YET!?

Ahem.. anyways. Alad V is still alive. We chose to help Alad V cure his infestion even though we really didn't have too much to go on that there really was a cure. Could be Alad V be an permanent ally of the Tenno? there isn't much for Alad V to go to. The Corpus hate him and Alad V likely wouldn't want to be infested again.

Anyways discuss what you think Alad V is doing.

  5. Having that sort of mystery in Warframe's story can be great but... only when there's a story. I suspect someday Warframe will have a clear story of some sorts while still having enough vagueness to theorize certain aspects of the universe. Until then I'll keep enjoying the game as I have been doing.

  6. After playing Warframe for quite some time now I've noticed more and more that I've grown more attached to my  Warframes and even though they technically they have no personallity,  I've given them one of their own. How I'd think they would act and react and the like. I even differentiated the Primes from the non-primes. Anyone else do this or do you just play the game? By the way my 3 favorites are Excalibur, Nyx, and Loki. (Also DE should add a NPC Tenno)

  7. Why Have Single Axes?

Well other than to add more diversity to the melee category. I think single axes can have a place in Warframe. Rather than have them be a re-skin of single swords or machetes (please buff machetes DE), single axes could have very deliberate, methodical strikes while having a a bit of elegance.

What Kind Of Stances Could Single Axes Have?

The Elegant Stance - This sort of stance could be flashy but still practical (your using an axe not a twirly stick). It would have very high mobility combos that inflict guaranteed procs if you manage to hit enemies with the last hit of a combo.

The Practical Stance - This stance could take out all the flashiness and let you unleash your inner axe murderer. This stance wouldn't have very much in the mobility side but have combos that knockdown enemies and (maybe?) a damage multiplier on the end of combos.

    How would these be balanced?

We could put single axes ahead in damage to single swords but have them not be as fast as them.

Single Axes would have higher reach than daggers but shorter than swords.

*Insert more good balance ideas here*

    Conclusion

Melee in Warframe is really fun. However, one thing that would help it immensely would to diversify each weapon category more so that you know what kind of play-style your bringing in. You'd think with heavy melee you'd have titan-like power but slow swing speed and with daggers you'd have low damage but lightning speed. I think an idea like Single Axes could be a step in achieving that weapon diversity.
