Evening fellas.
Just a pointer - note down your WAR-###### error codes. It really helps the development team in tracking the problem. If you feel like your reports get lost in this thread, try Support. But submit tens of tickets, just the one will do. Support are probably swamped at the moment but every little helps.

So, came home from work expecting a fix. See one is applied, saddens me to see it didn't work. Another WAR crash report for you:
WAR-354466
I'll give it 'til end of day Sunday. If Warframe STILL won't work for me by then, I'll uninstall and give up. It's getting to the point where it's simply not worth it anymore.

My final post for today.
Just tried, crashed again, received another WAR report. Going to put all 3 here for ease of tracking:
WAR-354245
WAR-354145
WAR-354275
Good night.

Hello again.
Just tried to load up Warframe again. Crashed out at login once more, received another WAR code:
WAR-354145
-
Hello again.
Got to the login screen (which is an improvement so thanks!) but crashed out w' this error code:
WAR-354245
Guess it's just not meant to be anymore.

Finally! Cannot wait to patch up and try it!

I hate to be one of "those" people that hijacks a thread but I have to ask due to immense frustration - will any WinXP/Win32 fixes come with tonight's patch? Feel free to throw me a PM to prevent further thread derailment, thanks.
On-topic: I'm liking the sound of these changes so far. Will give me an excuse to pick up my Galatine again and to finally craft a Jat Kittag.

So huge update (15.1.0) today ? :D
I hope...
-
No new fixes already 4 days, so I hope, DE working on some big update, which can probably fix most of those crashes and after that we finally will be able to play.
Here's to hoping!
-
Disappointed to find 15.0.10 isn't released yet. That means no fix for Win32/WinXP.
I'll admit I'm getting quite frustrated now. Feel like all my time and money spent on the game has been for naught.
-
Hmm, would've liked to have seen the update regarding 32-bit and WinXP issues on the overview as it was mentioned in-stream. Considering it is such a large issue at the moment, it is definitely worth mentioning.

Submit a ticket support.warframe.com or if its really that bad then hit up the Better Business Bureau www.bbb.org
Well, the complaint is about the Support department so I'll have a look at that link. Thanks.
-
Good afternoon Tenno.
My question is simple: can anyone point me to the e-mail address I need to file an official complaint for poor customer service? No, you don't need to know the reason - that's for me and the complaints department.
Thanks in advance.

So, game is still broken. Been in contact with Support for nearly a week now. I get this response after telling the representative that I cannot get past the initial load screen before login:
It appears as though your system is really struggling to run Warframe, but there are a few settings you can modify in the Display Options menu that will help Warframe run at a more acceptable frame rate with less chance of a catastrophic crash.Load up the game like you would normally, however once you are on your Liset hit the ESC button and click on the OPTIONS button.
What a farce, a complete joke. Enjoy the giggle.

No joy for me. Deleted my ee.cfg too.

DE, please tell why my download is slow. Router is fine, ISP delivers on its promise with over 50 mbps download speed and yet I only get around 100 kbs speeds. I reinstalled the game, or at least I'm trying, thinking the patch bugged the game somehow, but now a fresh copy needs over 5 GB of data downloaded and with this speed, not gonna happen too soon. Common, everyone is enjoying Archwing except me..
I feel your pain brother.
-
I Hope DE reading all comments in this topic :).
Keep dreaming.

So, turned down graphics to minimum. Got about 20s into Terminus mission and crashed out with same error as before.
I'm out. Had enough. Bye.
-
So, managed to log in. Fired up Terminus, got this error code: WAR-348322.
Can you do anything right DE? ...
-
Yeah, thanks DE. Crashed at loading screen. Useless.
Oh, the report (as if you'll do anything with it): WAR-347736
I try again and get "insufficient video memory". How can you STILL be ignoring this?
-
Let's see if this works then, shall we?
-
No hotfix today.
Clearly DE are done dealing with people still not able to get in. Thanks a lot.
-
But it feels like DE ignoring this problem. That the big part of community even can't enter the game.
And you expected any better? Nvidia and WinXP users are clearly bottom of the gaming food chain. Never have I experienced such ignorance from a game company. Never.
-
support is not answering for 2days. I feel ignored. I just leave them here.
WAR-345948
WAR-346830
WAR-347099
WAR-347099
Support answered me today after waiting for 2 days. Don't expect much help - they only care for their paychecks seeing as they stick to their 9-6 shift religiously...which is pretty pathetic when you consider the high number of problems.
Hotfix 15.1.1

Been testing the latest hotfix for the past half hour. Still very unstable with three error codes generated. However, I have been able to login more than once so there is definitely progress.
The main issue I think is the way in which graphics cards interact with the memory limitations of 32-bit systems and XP in general, though this is just mere conjecture as I do not have access to all the facts. However, it would provide some explanation for those still suffering out of memory errors on Win32 systems.
