Its positive ×1.59 dmg to corpus, 133.2% cd, 197.9% cc, and -62.8% zoom

My dread riven has 197% cc, with critcal delay on causing my dread to have 249% cc, plus frosts 200% cc against frozen enemies thats 350%+ cc, now my crit damage multiplier because i have +cd on my riven at 150%+ and i use the primary cd one i have a 7.1× cd multiplier, what would be the best path for the incarnon to go with for trying to get level cap warframe oh and plus the 200% cd from my frost augment i also get up to a 10× crit damage multiplier
