I was wondering why invert tap and hold abilities only have a certain collection of warframe because I really want to invert my abilities on mirage but I can why is that

Plz make it a tap and hold. Tap for the day effect Hold for the night effect

Will I be able to merge my nitendo switch and ps5 accounts together and when might I be able to do this?
