unpopular weapons with good disposition can still roll crap stats and you wont have much incentive to spend kuva that is annoying to get to reroll them.
also disposition is garbage. a lot of weapons that are easy to get have low disposition. it doesnt reflect their actual usage.
also its silly how something like euphona prime riven can roll better stats than something like lex. tell me how many people want to use lex or lex prime? how many people want to use euphona prime?
clearly the design is working rather oddly.

meh, was just collecting volt prime parts for selling as im completely broke and already the prices are dropping like crazy.
as if seeing nothing, but ember and loki farm in recruitment chat wasnt bad enough to the point where you can hardly find a group to farm anything else.

It is call lowballing. It is considered a scam. Basically what you do is you try to buy something for way less than it is worth and hope he or she is unaware. So in a way, you are being a scammer.
thats part of the system. trading system like we have here (or in games like path of exile) depends entirely on knowledge and what people offer or need, rather than everything being static like in games with auction house.

when i can choose whatever frame i mostly go for zephyr. has some nice abilities, looks unique etc.
if i go vault hunting then zephyr 100% of the time, best hobbled key runner anyway.

if they consider going Oberon, then i bet they would need to tweak/remake his abilities first, otherwise nobody would even want the prime version

saryn is underwhelming in her design. i have 12 warframes and if im gonna need a free slot, saryn will be the first to go. ofcourse the next day she will reworked and ill facepalm hard.

as effective frost is for survival/defense/mobile defense... he is so damn boring. 4th ability does not have enough utility, and the rest are just boring.

switch teleport is way too situational.
decoy is underwhelming as hell.
those are the only issues and i think only the decoy issue has to be addressed.

so what are you saying is they should only make content for rank16 people ?
gimping is so that people of lower ranks can still enjoy it. i guess the problem is that the conclave limit was too high and hyenas didnt do enough dmg. should have been icy missions too for that shield debuff. how about stalker spam to go along with it?

rank 1 was indeed the most difficult, because at that point i didnt have a good weapon, ran out of ammo, my frame was low etc.
other ranks are fine.

depends. in some games it just cant work. when you have to be changing your direction A LOT, it will detect all those presses for dodging too.

i think warframes should have inherent status (like armor or whatever) for crowd control resistance.
ofcourse that would buff frost, rhino etc, but with some other statistic to counterbalance this i think it might work.

one point that you got 100% right is that some weapons are just not viable. some weapons are as hard to get as some others, yet some weapons are just miles away in terms of usefulness. ofcourse more balance is coming every patch, but i think players would appreciate if weapons were released after more thought.

also event score concept doesnt work at all.

how can someone enjoy doing this?
while im totally against it myself, the event should be more difficult than grindy.
so imagine this i was just doing this event i was at 197 points. did a mission, was at the top of every statistic - boom 2 event points rewarded.
then i do the next match where i slack off - boom 15 points. 14 of them were wasted since there are no rewards past 200.
so as you can see:
1. calculation for event score is pretty $&*&*#(%&
2. its grindy, running the same damn thing that many times just isnt fun.
3. if calculation is based on damage or whatever, then yeah good luck competing with the guys who instakill hyenas.
with these in mind, i can sort of understand why would anyone leech.
