thanks so much, could you tell me how to open a support ticket?

Firstly, I'm not expecting to get my credits back with this post - i have no evidence that i ever had them as in my panic I sold the Synthesis Scanners I had accidently bought and got about 2 million credits back. How it happened was I accidently clicked the maximum quantity button and then when i tried to cancel it, i accidently clicked on confirm. there was no extra prompt asking me if i was sure i wanted to make such a crazy purchase. Suggestion: i think that if you're spending 10 million credits or more, on something at once, there should be a prompt saying something like 'are you sure about this?'
