    I don't know if anyone else is seeing what I see, but this riven is telling me one thing when not equipped, and another when equipped. when not equipped, it says stats are +228 damage +129.7 multishot +98 cold. When equipped gives +78.6 damage +44.7 multishot +33.8 cold. it is fully maxed. I have removed all mods and had just that one on. same stats as equipped.
