Seems like we all have the same bug, I really hope they patch it ASAP.

Jump Throw with Glaives isn't working properly

Yep, I can confirm this bug. When in mid air, launching the glaive just performs a slam or nothing instead of throwing it. I hope it gets fixed soon.
