Can I use magus anomaly with magus lockdown?

I recently started to farm operator arcanes and I like these two but when I use it at the same time it appears that the only one working is anomaly is this good or bug?

Si es un bug o así esta pensado el mod?, acabo de conseguirlo y al probarlo me da el mismo problema
