i crafted an archwing launcher segment in the foundry, and i claim it. it looks like it bugged out and i can't find it in my gear wheel inventory. i tried to get a new blueprint in dojo or buy 1 in the market, where a message show up "you own this item already. i don't what to do now, any tips or help
