I was trying the Waverider quest and just using it to get around in the open world areas (don't have archwing yet for open world). When I would crash a certain way it sends me back to the main area (Fortuna, Cetus, etera). Or I would fall through the map, if I crashed into any kind of slightly deep+ water this would happen as well or I would randomly get stuck in a random wall.

The second vessel challenge showed me a Railgun MOA, now it's recovered in the wrap so I can't see my progress and Baros Ki Teer doesn't say anything anymore. Seems like the quest is just stuck. Tried to unequip vessel & then reequip, restart game, tried other quests and came back and it was still the same.
