Hey I’ve been waiting for help on here and I haven’t been able to figure out how to get my prime wisp that I bought back I don’t care about my forma I put on her I can do it again I just want my item that I paid my money with it’s no longer in my game so pls help

I was playing as wisp prime before I went to bed last night and I wake up today and my wisp prime isn’t there its my main frame at the moment I just got done upgrading mods and using 4 forma on it I also bought the prime access for wisp but I can’t buy it again because the game says I own it but I don’t have wisp in my inventory anymore. Pls help 😭
