Tl;dr whenever I use my last gasp ability on my operator whilst Cataclysm is still running, my operator can't attack any of banished enemies inside the rift preventing me from reviving. I'm unsure whether this applies to the operator in general but I assume so since many other enemies suffer from being able to be banished in the Cataclysm.
