Yes, I think this may be important. After being stuck on 3/4, I did them all again in sequence from Lith->Axi and when I did the Axi it finally said 4/4.

Update ... After restarting I did more missions and it is still messed up. I did a Meso and a Lith which accurately updated the count to 3/4 (Lith, Meso, Axi), but then I did another Neo mission successfully which once again did not, so it is still stuck at 3/4 despite 2 successful Neo runs.

In Nora's mix vol 5 the Elite Weekly Antiquarian act is not properly crediting relic openings after the first one. I opened an Axi, which then showed 1/4, and subsequently opened a Neo then a Lith and it still only shows 1/4.
