Not logging in for me either.
Error message: Login failed. Check your info.
Here were my attempted troubleshooting tests:
- Checked login details, and Reset Password. Was not able to login after password reset.
- Can log in to Warframe Forums (tested by logging out, then back in after password reset)
- Can log in to Warframe app (Android) (tested by logging out, then back in after password reset)
Hope we can get some assistance with this soon.

Not logging in for me either. This might've happened due to the recent major update and/or follow-up hotfixes.

Separate devices should be assigned different IP addresses automatically by a router, so you should be fine.
Unless for some reason your router gives your Xbox's the same IP address, you shouldn't have an issue.

Yep, this is definitely annoying. Keeps the visual effect of being rifted, after going in and out of transference. Pretty sure the only way around this is to leave the rift before you go into transference, until there's a fix for this.

Say you're shooting at 2 enemies, 1 behind the other. How does status, crit, and other sort of weapon procs (like thunderbolt or acid shells) work with punch through?
Would different weapon effects interact differently with punch through?

To add to the peeps above, if you happen to have a Mag, you can use her second ability Magnetize. This can help you land hits on it.
If you didn't know already, watch out for it's third phase; the third time it spawns, it fires big &#! lazors. Duck and dive!

Yeah, the fissures don't show up for me on the minimap with Animal Instinct or Enemy/Loot detection.
To get a part, yeah, you need a relic. For every (x) person that carries a relic, you have (x) different rewards you can choose from. There can be duplicate rewards. If you don't carry a relic, and the squad closes a fissure, then you won't be able to claim a reward. To claim a reward, you require a relic.
Relics can be found like how void keys used to be found. Syndicates have Relic Packs, and at 20 waves on defense, and I assume 15-20mins on survival, as well as spy missions (and some other missions) can drop relics as a reward.

I've had a few successes using an Animals Instinct, so you could probably use Loot detecting mods like Thief's Wit or Loot radar or something. It helps spot them a LOT.

Maybe its joining you to a different region? Check if you're connecting to the right region, found under Settings.
Otherwise, I have no clue. Maybe others who are using your wifi are soaking up the bandwidth a bit, or other nearby wifi connections are interfering with your own connection? Any other background applications using network bandwidth? This can be checked with Task Manager.
If all else fails, it can't hurt too much to check with your ISP.

Sorta. At the top of the screen, where your alerts, sortie and syndicate missions show up, a new icon has shown up. There's usually 4-6 missions there, and they point to a mission that has a fissure. That mission can be pretty much any mission type, whether that be capture, mobile defense, etc. In the middle of the mission, you'll probably find a fissure. The Lotus prompts 2-3 times telling you that there is a fissure nearby. It looks like a bright orange... well, fissure, with lightning coming off of it. Shouldn't be too hard to spot.
If you mean if they show up on the minimap, they haven't shown up on the minimap for me yet, so I don't think they appear on the minimap.
A fissure starts a mini game thats similar to excavation where you have to seal up the fissure with a drop from enemies that the fissure spawns.

Perhaps try checking out the rest of your fans as well, on your CPU and chassis. Make sure there's some room around the outside of your computer, so it doesn't 'recycle' hot air that its kicking out. You might need to check if you've got enough thermal paste/grease under your cpu's heatsink.

As BlitzKeir said above, adding Provoked doesn't make much of a difference on higher level enemies due to armor. Of course, there are ways to mitigate armor via Corrosive Projection, but in regular public instances, you won't typically have more than 2 Corrosive-Projection-carriers. Even then, you may have a hard time reviving by sarcophagus.

Sometimes, it just takes a little while for them to show up. They always ruin void defense missions...

Yeah, it seems that a bunch of people are experiencing these kinds of problems at the moment, including a bunch of connection problems, random kicking, and accounts being unable to be updated. The servers are probably under heavy load right now, whether from a DDoS or other wise. All we can do is wait it out and see if a fix or response comes by from DE.

Starting from the navigation planet/location chart, if the tab showing available missions (at the top right) has been selected, and is displaying its drop down list, then it may be 'blocking' the Deploy/Collect Extractor button. It cannot be interacted with, even when hovering the cursor over the button.
The available missions tab needs to be retracted to be able to interact with with Deploy/Collect Extractor button when a planet has been selected.
Not sure if this helps, but my client is running in 800x600 resolution, windowed mode.

Unsure if bug is repeatable, or if it is a bug at all.
List of actions below:
- Accessed Arsenal via ESC Menu
- Unequipped all weapons expect melee, melee swapped with Dex Dakra (Thanks DE!)
- Changed Warframe several times, alternating between Rhino, Excalibur, Saryn, Nyx, and Valkyr
- Changed modes: Cooperative>Archwing
- Changed modes: Archwing>Conclave
Conclave loadout showed Excalibur in default colors and with no weapons except Paris, in default colors. The background was the same as the Archwing arsenal background. Unsure if intentional.
- Hit ESC. Returned to the Archwing Arsenal, did not show Archwing, Warframe or weapons, background only.
- Hit ESC again. No changes, did not return to Cooperative arsenal, nor exit to Liset. Clicked 'Back' to return to Liset.
Attempted to repeat the bug, but no success. Everything seemed to be as it should be.

Remember your basics. Look for your basic damage mods (Serration, Hornet Strike, Pressure Point), including the various elemental mods. Find your basic defense mods (Vitality, Redirection). Replace damaged mods once you've got the undamaged versions of them, and try not to upgrade or invest into the damaged mods too much. Remember to upgrade your mods.
If you want to look for more mods, play endless type missions; defense, survival, and interception.
There are other people playing warframe, so ask around for some help with your missions.
If you want more information on warframe, you can always consult the wiki (http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/WARFRAME_Wiki), or ask people.

A few of these places might be a bit difficult for newer players. Perhaps more could be added for those who are lower level/MR/equips.

EDIT: Please take a look a passwords and the characters that they can use. I was able to login after removing special characters from my password.
