So I’ve been playing around with Duplex Bond cause hey, more buddies is fun. I know they aren’t suppose to proc abilities but is it intentional that they can’t use the passives on the companion either? I did a bit of testing and it seems they can’t proc manifold bond with their kills, can’t spread contagious bond either, synth deconstruct seemed to also be either janky or just not active. I mostly tested with a sentinel since you can have a perfect control group by equiping and unequiping assualt mode so it won’t attack but it seems to hold up with my hounds as well. If it’s intended to also not work with passives (so it’s just an unmodded clone with a modded weapon) that’d be fine but it’d be nice if the text was changed to convey that somehow so we aren’t left in the dark on what an “ability” is. (This also holds true for Diversified Denial where even just the efficiency gained from companion doing damage in Seismic Bond can’t be procs by the Duplex clones or the baby specters)
