I merged my PS4 account with my PC account. However, when I logged on to my PC, it gave me all my achievements but did not give me my characters or saved data; it just resented my PC player to level zero. I have logged out, deleted, and re-downloaded the game. Nothing has fixed it. I also ensured my PS4 account was still there, which it is, and it still has all my stuff.
