  1. I guess at that point, why not do away with weapon categories completely? Just give us two gun slots and let us take whatever.

Because someone will start a new meta of going into every game with a boogie prime and a soma prime. Which just defeats the objective of the game.

These, plus the sheer massive numbers of the Tyranid forces from both Hive Fleet Leviathan, Hive fleet Behemoth, Hive fleet Kraken and many other smaller Hive Fleets already beats every warframe faction in terms of numbers.

Oh and the links? Those beings are the most deadliest units in terms of lore for the game.

Doom of Malan'tai destroyed an entire Eldar Craftworld single-handedly.

Old One Eye is practically invincible. He can never fully die and will keep coming back.

Same with the Swarmlord, only this one learns everything that it can about its enemies. Practically making it the ultimate tactician. If the Swarmlord dies, a new one is made just as quickly but with the same knowledge and power as its predecessor

If even one Tenno dies from the hands of the Tyranid swarms, then they harness their power. A tyranid with the capabilities of a Tenno will just completely decimate any opposing force.

You also have the Bio-titans, which are ginormous biological weapons that are incredibly difficult to kill.

Tyranids control the battlefield in the air, on the ground and underground.

This beast can swallow up hundreds of units in one-go, and when they go in, they are dead.

    The Tyranid win.

You missed the parasite of mortrex. But yea, we're dead vs Nids

  4. The Chaos Gods from Warhammer 40k say hi. We dead. No matter what we use, we dead.

Khorne is the epitome of a solider, and is God of war and bloodshed. He has armour so strong a blow could have destroyed half a galaxy chipped one link of it.

Tzeentch is the God of change and void magic. Nothing we could do would have any serious effect on him, and he could then throw it right back at us with his crystal staff.

Nurgle is God of pestilence and decay. He spends his time making disease, and he can corrode any substance in seconds.

Slaanesh is the weakest of the gods, but has close to no reaction time. You would be dead by the time you could register his moving.

  5. As much as I love all things Tenno, the Warhammer 40k universe would stomp us.

Think about it, first you have billions upon billions of regular infantry to be used as cannon fodder, the you have 10 ' s of thousands of space marines, genetically modified super soldiers that stand on average at about 3-4 meters in height, they are faster then us, stronger then us, have insane pain thresholds , insane healing capabilities, and last but not least they have pyskers that could literally fry us with a thought.

And this is just the imperium of mankind, this doesn't even touch the forces of chaos or the The Black Legion who is lead by a man blessed by all four gods of chaos and made virtually indestructible, that's Abaddon the Despoiler btw for those who don't know, the most bad ! mother.....you will ever read about.

Gotta love 40k. Nice, Orks, some guy commented about the emperor of mankind earlier, at the height of the Great Crusade he could wipe most of the Tenno solo. Any of the four Daemon Primarchs could too, just because they are unkillable. If Khorne were to be incarnated by the rage, blood and death halpeneing Lotus save our souls.
  6. Tyranids, being the more animalistic and parasitic version of the Grineer, would probably defeat us after an extremely protracted war, simply because they can use the Parasite to turn us into millions of Rippers, which wail kill us, and they have the Swarmlord, who's consciousness is literally unkillable, and there are a myriad of other big things that would either punch our faces in or would obliterate us with bio-weapons. Say nothing of the fact that Loki and ash are combated by Genestealers, Mag is useless (no metal), Nyx would have limited impact, as the hive mind would override anything she could command mind controlled enemies to do. In essence, everything we have is combated by some bioform of Tyranid, and we would therefore eventually lose to sheer weigh of numbers.

  7. Is it just me or were the first two missions relatively easy? Number 3 is just silly, 75 Level 60-0 manics seems a bit over kill, since they can two slap most frames

Good alert, quite disconcerting, more like this one please DE

  8.

Pls keep in mind that the game is almost played by casuals who will take like 600 months to even come close to Mastery Rank 6-8...

What is wrong with taking your time to experience content? Just because someone isn't MR 10+ within a month of beginning the games doesn't make them bad, IMO it makes them a better player than the MR18 who has played for a month, because they appreciate the capabilities of their equipment more due to having had to work to rank them, and to have taken care to mod them to better suit the mission within their limited modding capabilities.

Seriously, WTF is with this mindset of "I MUST RUSH ALL CONTENT IMMEDIATELY"? And then some have the gall to ask for more content within a fortnight of a new update being released

  9. Warframe questions:

Since we have a Vay Hek assassinate mission, when will we get a Frohd Bek assassinate?

Will there ever be a Void Hunter, like the G3 and Zanuka?

Any chance for the Twin Queens to be implemented as a boss, either for general play, and will there be any lord expansion regarding them?

  10. I think OP is trying to say, and feel free to correct me, is that coptering and jump height should be normalised inside of a weapon class. So that all polearms jump to a distance, within 1-2 metres (some difference are needed to distinguish and to allow for various stat differences)

  11. Before we begin, allow me to say im no expert in physics, but some of this stuff just has to go. Its annoying, frustrating, and pointless.

I understand most of these are trivial matters, but combined they can have a serious impact on the player. This frustration can reach such insane levels that it drives one to take the time to make a thread about it(me).

    http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Infested_Ship

Another thing. Space is a vacuum. As soon as a door opens next to a room exposed to space, everything ought to go flying into space. I don't want to see this implemented in the game, but im just saying.

You do realise that that is Hollywood dramatising decompression? It just rapidly lowers pressure, and causes the blood to boil and freeze at the simultaneously as a result.
