  1. Why not give each mission type a base credit reward, which is then multiplied by a player's MR+1. To counteract the rather high levels this can reach, keep the credit reward base low, and also have the multiplier effect credit alerts.

    It was just something that occurred to me, and since a lo of the credits sinks in his game are aimed at high end players this cold help to partially alleviate the problems with gaining credits.

    I get that this would only encourage taxiing to Sechura and Draco to XP farming for Mastery, but I can't really see a way around people doing this anyway, unless DE were to stop people being taxied to planets they haven't unlocked.

  2. Just have a fixed 5 energy per second regen. Problem of ridiculous spam solved.

    Also, all abilities should have cools owns, the length of which is determined by which ability, ie 1 has a 5 second cd, 2 has a 15 second cd, 3 has a 30 second cd and 4 has a 60 second cd.

    Alternatively we could ditch energy and just use cooldowns.

  3. Opticor does a huge amount of damage per shot, and vile acceleration will kill it, since you will lose a decent chunk of that damage, so I would drop it from a build. Assuming VA is the only mod on, you lose 15" damage per shot at max charge, which to me is too big a loss to make up for the fire rate. DPS is not everything.

    My personal build is Serration, Heavy Caliber, Shred, Speed Trigger, 90% Cold and Toxin mods, Split Chamber and 90% Electric, but I would drop it for Piercing Caliber if I had it.

  4. Please do not post multiple times just to get information out of the forms about something you can look up on the wiki its really fustrating and very dumb if you have the energy to post twice but not look this stuff up on your own.

  5. Surely you run the calculation using binomial distribution, using P(activation)=1-P(Buff doesnt activate)=1-(NC0x0.8^N), where N=number of shots hitting you per second. IF we go with OP's suggestion of 10 Lancers with 100% accuracy, we get P(activation)=1-(1*0.8^200)=1-4.1495x10^-20=0.999999999999999999958505, which is basically so close to 1 i might as well be, so in OP's situation, we would be certain to get the buff in a second.

  6. The defence one is purely cosmetic, don't really see an issue. Perhaps rewards changing as more civilians die.

    I like the idea of the Assassination, but the subtlety would be lost on much of the playerbase and it would be rendered pointless by nerfs within days of it being released if it were to be.

    The survival reworks seems interesting but would be difficult to actually work. Would reduce the amount of camping done, but would again get destroyed by buff and nerf calls within days if implemented.

  7. I was running Fossa, Venus to test a new loadout. During the fight with Jackal, I depleted the health of it's leg, as normal and Jackal didn't collapse so you can damage it, rendering the mission uncompletable.
    If this is in the wrong section then could an admin/moderator please move it to the appropriate section, thanks.

  8. I'd love a wave based arena with every wave spawning a boss. No objectives other than not die. Actually, I'd even prefer capped say 33 wave arena with rewards based on your performance. Actually scratch that, make number of waves depend on combined mastery rank of all players.

    That would just encourage elitism in the higher MRs, not that we are beginning to see an abundance of it already

    But seriously, can we stop asking DE to make new enemies that will challenge us and then demanding they be nerfed he moment something becomes a challenge or requires a touch of the grey matter to defeat? 

  10. The community. We suck. If we could stfu for 5 minutes DE might be a able to finish doing all the content reworks and produce polished content, but because the community pushes them for more content within days of new stuff coming out, they are forced to churn out the half finished crap we get at the moment to shut these people up.
