Why can't it be allowed to keep the spin while switching between targets in its range of fire? Would that make it too strong at killing weak enemies?

 

As it stands, the constant spin up noise when it is shooting targets next to each other becomes obnoxious on an otherwise very useful Sentinel.

Yes, it would be too powerful. Even with non-maxed (105%) seration this thing shreds 20lvl guy in the blink of the eye (if there would be no spin-up, it would be 0.2-0.3 seconds). Not to mention stagger and, it looks like best armor|health|shields (Napalm easily offs wyrm, shade, but I lost Cube only once (Well, not once, but other situations looked like "I'm dead, 3 heavy gunners around, not to mention scorchers")).

Making him keep his spin-up while he changes targets would be SOOO badass...and makes more sense,if it needs to spin up while firing,it takes a while to de-spin (so to say),pretty sure it doesn't stop spinning in like 0.1 sec (or the amount of time it takes to switch targets)
