Yam - Executioner Vay Molta Stopped Spawning

I started Yam on public but by myself, no one joined. After killing Vay Molta 4 times he stopped spawning.

The mod was scaling.

Assuming the manner in which I killed him might be relevant to why he bugged out:
I was on Oberon Prime using Soma and Mara Detron but I'm pretty sure I only shot him with Mara Detron which has Corrosive, Blast and Radiation mods on.

I did stay in the map for about 30 minutes trying to win but the scaling was too brutal 😛 If he was anywhere hiding or stuck I could not find him for sure.
