Jordas Precept Pherliac Pods Drop Rate

I'm a relatively new player at mastery rank 7, and I'm currently doing the Jordas Precept. However, when trying to kill Juggernauts to get the Pherliac Pod blueprint, I found that I had to kill 29 different Juggernauts before the blueprint finally dropped. 29! The wiki claims a 10% chance for a drop, but I'm a little doubtful my luck is that bad.

Playing 29 separate rounds of Isos was tedious and not very fun at all. This isn't a major complaint by any means, but could the drop rate be upped a bit? I found an older forum thread where people cursed by RNGesus broke 40 Juggernaut kills before finally getting the blueprint. If not the drop rate, then a guaranteed drop after 15 or 20 Juggernaut kills? Especially since there's an 8 hour build wait in the mission after you actually get the blueprint.

Or at the very least when doing the quest we get mission that has a juggernaut that is guarantee to drop it. I had to do over fifty of them to get the BP and even then it was only when a nerkos rerolled the body did I get one.
